Very poor
Pros:

The location and view was good. The staff were helpful and gave us our refund with no fuss when we asked.

Cons:

The room was quite mouldy, damp, and the sheets didn’t seem totally clean and the room smelt. The staff said a t this time of year there is a lot of dampness. My partner has bad asthma so we had to check out and go elsewhere, but the staff were very understanding and nice.

This hotel is great, good view, staffs are helpful. I should stay here longer.

The view is everything. Too bad I only stayed for one night.

Stunning view on volcano and hill
Pros:

Beautiful view and super helpful staff.

Cons:

Rooms are clean but not very neat.
Can be noisy at night (road)

I will repeat to stay there, I like the environment and food. I like everything in Rinjani Hill.
Pros:

I like the rice called lalapan, the sambal with a secret recipe was amazing to taste, the staff known as Mas Kudus was friendly and really kind to help
