A perfect place to stay in the beautiful city of Cuneo
Pros:

A charming hotel in the lovely old quarter of Cuneo, right next to the city center.
Luckily, we were able to park in the back courtyard of the hotel ; otherwise, parking may have been complicated.
The girl at the reception was very efficient and helpful, and also spoke excellent french and english. She provided directions around and also volonteered to book a table at a nearby restaurant, which was very nice too.
Our room was large, clean and spacious with a high ceiling, plenty of furniture, and a large bathroom where everything worked properly.

Cons:

We couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel.

Le reste, le problème de chauffage mis à part tout était très bien.
Pros:

Pas encore essayé, le petit déjeuner était terminé à 9h40

Cons:

Les 2 chambres, nous avons SUBIT le chauffage au maximum dans nos salles de bains !!! Obligé de fermer la porte (un vrai sauna quand nous y entrions) cela a été inconfortable pour nous 4, obligé de dormir les fenêtres grandes ouvertes toutes les nuits, malheureusement il y a un ventilateur de climatisation dans le bâtiment d’en face. Cela a été un désagrément pour nous. La direction a refusé d’éteindre le chauffage en fin avril. Dommage pour nous.

Semplice ma pulita e ordinata

Cons:

Mancanza di parcheggio, nonostante nella ricerca avessi selezionato la necessità di un posto auto, all’arrivo i posti riservati per la struttura erano tutti occupati mentre alle sei di mattina erano tutti liberi segno che chi aveva parcheggiato la macchina non era dell’albergo ma era delle attività vicine
Parcheggio che mi è stato proposto era inaccessibile. Ho provato cinque minuti a fare manovra per entrare nel portone ma era più stretto dell’ingombro della mia auto e non capisco quali macchine possano entrare là dentro.
Alle otto, mentre eravamo a fare colazione assieme ad una altra famiglia è uscita una signora che ha sparecchiato tutto il buffet e ci ha lasciato senza poter riprendere qualcosa
