The staff was amazing and extremely helpful.
The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options.
The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and only 2 minutes from the main park of Caldas da Rainha.

Cons:

It’s a room that clearly needs some renovation. The bathroom door is damaged from moisture and the bathroom ceilings are also affected.

The floor is carpeted and, as a result, it already has several stains.

I didn’t find the cleanliness to be exceptional.

The double bed mattress is one of those where if one person moves, the other feels it immediately.

Overall, I can’t really complain considering the price I paid, but I do believe the room needs quite a few adjustments and improvements.

Pros:

Pequeno-almoço ótimo, muito variado, incluindo ovos e bacon, o que não é habitual num hotel de 3 estrelas.
Áreas comuns bonitas e bem decoradas, com muita luz.
Ficamos em 2 quartos comunicantes espacoços com WCs modernos e gel de banho gratuito.
Chuveiro com ótimo caudal e pressão.
Black-out (cortinados) bons, que não deixam passar demasiada luz de manhã.
Rececionista simpatica e prestavel com informações.
Estacionamento próprio e gratuito, com carregadores elétricos.

Cons:

Toalhas de banho muito pequenas e muito usadas (a desfiar nos cantos), e havia apenas 1 toalha de mãos (eramos 2 pessoas).
