La difficoltà ad individuarlo, l'incuria, la sciatteria. Avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione radicale. L'impressione è che i proprietari, presenti solo per il check in e la colazione, lo lascino andare in attesa di chiudere definitivamente

Bon matelas confortable , oreillers moins
Chambre spacieuse.
Clim qui fonctionne bien car chambre et hôtel en général bien chaud .

Cons:

Petit déjeuner plus que moyen .
La chaleur générale dans l'hôtel et dans la chambre, heureusement il y a la clim qui fonctionnait bien.

Pros:

Hotel is in very good location for visiting Bologna, Modena and Maranello. Near the hotel you can find many shops. In the same building is a very good restaurant. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and big.

Disappointing
Pros:

The Pizzeria attached to the hotel is excellent.

Cons:

The room interior is very dated - all the power sockets are of the old Italian type so I could not plug any appliances in.
There was no water in the bathroom in the morning.
