Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Ho avuto una emergenza ed è stata risolta prontamente. Eviterei di dare la camera disabili se non richiesta senza prima avvisare.

Soggiorno breve ma ottimo.
Pros:

Fin da subito ho avuto la sensazione di benessere e comodità. La camera era spaziosa e comoda, ho apprezzato la comodità in generale, doccia spaziosa e erano anni che non trovavo il copriletto bianco, fa riposare molto di più di un copriletto di colore scuro. Colazione completa e qualità ottima. Posizione dell'hotel perfetta e parcheggio comodissimo. Sicuramente se ne avrò bisogno userò di nuovo l'hotel Papillon. Da dieci e lode!!

Cons:

Sinceramente non ci sono cose che non mi sono piaciute. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolissimo difetto è che al check in non mi hanno dato informazioni sul wi.fi. ma sinceramente non ne ho avuto bisogno.
