Idealna lokalizacja, komfortowy pobyt!
Pros:

Czysto, cały personel bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny, śniadania urozmaicone, idealna lokalizacja nad samym jeziorem, przy promenadzie spacerowej, ale nie w samym centrum miasta, więc jest spokojnie. Do ścisłego centrum i portu, z którego odpływają promy bardzo blisko, 10 minut spacerem. Przy samym hotelu są również przystanki autobusowe i autobusy nawet przyjeżdżają i to o czasie! :) Bardzo komfortowy pobyt, polecam!

Very nice small hotel, good location
Pros:

The location and staff were lovely, a few minute stroll into town. All of the staff were very nice.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit erstklassiger Lage. Bei unserer Ankunft erlebten wir einen hervorragenden Empfang: Obwohl wir zum ersten Mal hier waren, erhielten wir von Stefano ein Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite. Das Zimmer war fantastisch – geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und die Bar lädt dazu ein, auf der Terrasse zu verweilen und den See zu betrachten. Alles war wunderbar.

Highly recommend
Pros:

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its unique position on the lake shore meant I didn't have to go to one of the public beaches. It was a nice walk into the center (very close), both the reception and breakfast staff were very friendly, the breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The room was a bit dated and on the small side for a couple if it was a longer stay (although good size for one person) and the wifi wasn't the strongest, but these were not major issues. I would only say that the check in time at 15.00 is quite late, but I got access to my room slightly earlier. Overall I recommend staying at this hotel, nothing beats the location.

Nice stay, but hotel isn’t environmental friendly
Pros:

View to the lake was amazing. Hotel has a nice, clean swimming pool with enough sunbeds, sunbeds are also by the lake promenade. Breakfast was tasty with enough choice and good coffee. Nice and helpful staff. Hotel has a good location close to the port and centre, train and bus stations are walkable, good restaurant and bar, clean and safe area. Not noisy during day or night. Nice lake promenade just in front of the lake. Room was large and clean.

Cons:

On the room is just a small safe box (not laptop size) which doesn’t work, there was no key, no instructions how to use it. A small plastic bottle of watter was complimentary for two people every day. Don’t understand why one small for two, or better said: I don’t understand why plastic bottle everyday, it’s crazy to see so much unnecessary plastic waste every single day, especially in a country where tap water is perfectly safe to drink. The mattresses were quite soft and not particularly good quality. Even though we didn’t leave the towels on the floor, they were replaced every day by housekeeping.

Pusryčiai paprasti, pavalgyti tikrai rasite. Visada papildomas maistas jeigu kažkas pasibaigia. Galima pusryčiauti tiek viduj tiek lauko terasoje su vaizdu į ežerą. Skani kava. Padavėjos paslaugios, draugiškos ir darbščios.Registratūros darbuotojai malonus, jautiesi kaip namuose. Yra vieta automobiliui už papildomą kainą.

Cons:

Garso izoliacija bet ji visur buna panaši.

Bella vacanza e bell' hotel .
Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino al centro.Bella la camera con una bella vista sul lago.Posto molto tranquillo e silenzioso.Buona e variegata la colazione sia doce che salata.
Staff eccellente e camere sempre pulite.

Cons:

Poca privacy sul balcone essendoci solo una grata in legno a dividere le camere,basta un telo .

Très agréable séjour au Lac de Garde.
Pros:

Hôtel charmand et calme, merveilleusement situé près du Lac et à 15 min. à pied de la belle ville de Desenzano del Garda.
Le parking privé et sécurisé était un avantage supplémentaire pour nous.

Cons:

Le buffet de petit-déjeuner était toujours bien garni mais les aliments proposés ne correspondaient pas tout à fait à nos désirs (beaucoup de gâteaux et biscuits).
