La posizione

Avevo prenotato una stanza quadrupla e all’arrivo mi viene assegnata,senza dirmi nulla,una doppia,che ovviamente però aveva un costo inferiore a quello che già avevo pagato.Faccio presente l’errore e adducono la scusa che probabilmente c’era stato un problema tra il loro gestionale e Booking (ho 50 anni e non 10,se pensano che creda a certe cose,proprio no!). Chiedo nuovamente che mi venga assegnata la stanza prenotata e pagata,ma scopro che era stata assegnata ad altri clienti e,della stessa tipologia,non ce ne erano altre.Una cosa del genere non mi era mai successa in 20 anni di prenotazioni su BK!Vergognoso!Sicuramente la stanza,essendo una quadrupla,sarà stata assegnata a un nucleo di 3-4 ps e a noi,essendo in 2,ci hanno rifilato una doppia,sperando non dicessimo nulla.
Alle nostre lamentele hanno cercato di compensare con l’aggiunta di un’altra camera (quindi ci saremmo dovute dividere,ma non erano queste le nostre intenzioni) nello stesso stabile ,ma con un ingresso esterno diverso. La stanza era nettamente inferiore all’altra e in un contesto generale poco gradevole e poco rassicurante. Facciamo presente questo ulteriore disagio e rinunciamo alla seconda stanza,per contro,visto che comunque avevo pagato per una quadrupla,chiediamo di compensare con la colazione offerta per entrambe il mattino seguente e ci viene accordata la richiesta...vorrei vedere!
Dormiamo,quindi,nella doppia,ma i disagi non erano finiti:
- cuscino aggiuntivo nell’armadio con evidenti macchie di sangue (orrendo)
- 1 abat jour con lampadina fulminata
- prese ai lati del letto con fori allargati dall’uso e dal tempo per cui la spina non teneva la posizione per il contatto,dunque inutilizzabili.
Ma in tutto questo,nessuno dello staff ha chiesto ‘scusa’, si sono limitati a chiamarlo ‘disguido’…seeeee…

Fiorenzuola... VERY GOOD.
Pros:

Il proprio, Davide, molto disponibile e interessante uomo raccoglitore di suoi ricordi di ragazzo e della sua famiglia, ci ha consigliato di alloggiare non al Bastimento ma all'hotel Mathis che con 20€in più a notte avevamo park int. e colazione.

CENTRALISSIMO
Pros:

Zona centralissima con grande bar di fronte e negozi. Appartamento grande e confortevole. Parcheggio comunale grande e gratuito (in alcuni giorni in cui non c'è il mercato)

Cons:

Avrei preferito la colazione compresa anche nel bar di sotto. Nel prezzo ci stava e sarebbe stata un chicca in piu'. Appartamento con arredamento classico, un po' datato

Posizione centrale, parcheggio auto vicinissimo. Mobilio non nuovo, anche il bagno un pò datatp ma tutto funzionante e funzionale. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Great stay - I will return every time in town.
Pros:

Main hotel (Mathis) has a restaurant.
Train station (Fiorenzuola) and local bus stops are within 10m walk.
Bar opposite the Bastimento front door opens 7am.
Interior is neat and very clean. Also shower was spotless and large enough for 2 persons actually.

Cons:

Could be slightly noisy on weekends.
Need to book 1.5 months in advance to book long stays.
No facilities in Bastimento (laundry, reception).
