Situazione TERRIBILE.
Io e mia figlia di 7 anni siamo arrivate in struttura alle 20. Abbiamo teovato il portone d'ingresso aperto, la struttura completamente vuota e buia. Salite al primo piano abbiamo trovato la porta della nostra camera BEETHOVEN aperta con serratura forzata. Poiché eravamo li per una sola notte per la gara di nuoto di mia figlia, ho deciso di andare altrove visto che la struttura NON ERA AFFATTO SICURA.
Ho scritto al proprietario
"Salve.
Siamo entrate dal portone d'ingresso che era aperto e abbiamo trovato la porta della nostra camera aperta.
La porta della camera non si chiude dall'esterno e la serratura appare forzata.
Non avendo intenzione di dormire in un posto cosi poco sicuro, siamo venute altrove.
Controlli meglio la sua struttura perché è stata davvero una brutta esperienza con una bambina piccola."

Il proprietario ha risposto con questo tono
"Buonasera secondo me dovresti trovare un’altra scusa la porta aperta sicuramente la ragazza che pulisce non la quisa bene basta che mi chiamava e avremmo trovato la soluzione perché io dal telelefono controllo e vedi tutto"

Nothing “boutique” about Boutique Hotel L’Imperatrice.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and breakfast included. Gleten free products available.

Cons:

Room and bathroom too small: you could hardly move in it. No soap nor shampoo.
