Pros:

Experiência apenas razoável, sem nenhum destaque positivo e com vários pontos básicos que precisam de melhoria.

Cons:

Check-in lento e desorganizado, mesmo com três atendentes.
Estacionamento ruim.
Ar-condicionado antigo (não inverter) e direcionado diretamente para a cama.
Cama e travesseiros muito duros.
Presença de formigas na bancada.
Banheiro extremamente apertado, sem secador, com toalheiro danificado e enferrujado, além de falta de espaço para itens pessoais.
Café da manhã fraco, com poucas opções saudáveis, sem pão integral e com pão francês amanhecido.
Mesas não eram limpas com agilidade e o café servido é de baixa qualidade.

Houve problemas na fechadura de meu quarto. Para poder abrir tive que aprender um "macete". Foi um incômodo.
