Great budget hotel in the centre of quan / district 1
Pros:

The location (in the so called Back Packers' Quarter) is great - slap bang in the middle of District 1: 10 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market, 15-20 to Nguyên Hue and Opera House.

Value for money - clean rooms, decent size, air-conditioning that works well, tv, with a range of western channels.

The guys who run this place are lovely, so warm and hospitable. They are one of the reasons I have been going back for several years.

Personál jakoby jsme obtěžovali.
Celou noc nějaký rachot asi na střeše něco. Při dešti teče voda proudem z rozbitého okapu přímo k oknu, steašný rachot. Znovu by jsme nezůstali.

Pros:

Es un hostal sencillo. El personal es amable y, aunque llegamos y nos fuimos a horas intempestivas (de madrugada) no nos pusieron ningún problema. Son gente mayor y muy acogedora.
La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la calle de fiesta, pero lo suficiente para que no moleste para dormir.

Cons:

Como contras: la habitación era más pequeña de lo que parecía en las fotografías. No estaba sucio pero tampoco limpio. El váter estaba roto (salía agua) y no nos lo arreglaron.

Pros:

I have stayed at his place may times and it has always been a source of comfort for me. It is in an excellent locaton close to the busy walking street but tucked away up a little alley so it is quiet enough at night. The family that run it are always welcomig and very helpful. I shall return!!!!!!

Cons:

The decor in the bathroom is a bit dated it could do with a revamp.

Best location ❤️, owner are so lovely and kind. The hotel very close to bui vien walking street, Sense Market and Futa buslines office.

The location is great. The guys who work here are exceptional: I know friendliness is a common vietnamese trait, but these guys are outstanding when it comes to smiles, warmth and friendliness. The hotel rooms are very good value for money.
