Clean room & good location
Pros:

Good location and easy to access to city center, nice staff & clean room

Cons:

additional charges required for late check out 1pm, the room is next to the lift and little noise when visitors waiting outside

Super accommodating and friendly! Would 100% stay here again!
Pros:

I loved the location and the staff were very accommodating. Held baggage for over a week and was exceptional overall in services such as laundry. Would say this is a high-end 3 star or low-end 4 star hotel in. Vietnam standards.

Cons:

The bathtub was a little dirty but it may just be old. They would clean the room everyday so it was definitely cleaner than most places. Also noticed ants outside the hotel room, but none in the actual room. Shows that my room was maintained very well even when I returned after 10 days away. I also prefer a. Shower with a shower head rather than a shower wand.
