I really don’t understand why booking.com put this hotel in list it’s garbage

The room was big

Cons:

The beds were highly uncomfortable
The blankets were thin and smelled musty
The window was broken.
The bathroom was not as expected
Overall I was disappointed. The pictures made it look really nice but in person it was not pleasant. It was difficult to communicate with the staff as I don't speak Vietnamese so I had trouble finding my room because they gave me the wrong key card.

The bathroom door cannot be locked nor closed. Also, the room is not frequently cleaned.

Pros:

It's good and fabulous hotel. They are nice and we get a good treatment. I will come again.

Disappointing
Cons:

The photos vs real life was a major difference. Room was dirty, the fridge did not work, the bathroom still had rubbish from previous customers.
