Pros:

That it was a new hotel. They recently opened

Cons:

I arrived and they did not have electricity, the AC was not working.
TV was not working, neither smart tv they informed.
Reception was not 24 hrs, only during the day.

Lugar muito bonito e espaço confortável!
Pros:

Café da manhã bom! Eles perguntam o que você quer pq o serviço é entregue direto no quarto.

Cons:

Estava faltando toalha de rosto que tivemos que pedir e no outro dia tiraram uma das toalhas e tivemos que pedir de novo que repusessem.

Atendimento impecável, o quarto espaçoso, aconchegante e uma vista linda para o mar.

Cons:

Infelizmente tinha uma obra ao lado, mas naoda que tire a beleza da vista, não tinha itens de higiene como shampoo e condicionador e como a pousada é pé no mar, precisa ficar atendo à maré; poderia ter uma pequena passarela.

Le personnel était très chaleureux et aidant pour toutes nos questions. le petit déjeuner était excellent avec une magnifique vue. Très bien situé à 2 pas des rues centrales.

Cons:

Les marchés mais c’est vraiment pour dire quelque chose, le village est à flanc de colline.

Great standard and location with service-minded staff
Pros:

We stayed in the suite with a sea view, and it was exactly as shown in the photos. The room was clean, well-maintained, and finished to a high standard. The view was excellent, and the large balcony was a real highlight.

The location is perfect, right next to the beach and within walking distance of the town center, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel was responsive, flexible, and very easy to communicate with, especially via WhatsApp. They helped arrange our transportation to and from the island and were always available whenever we needed assistance.

A special thanks to the receptionist, André, who speaks excellent English and was incredibly friendly, professional, and service-minded throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

L’hôtel est très bien placé. La vue sur la plage est très belle, l’entrée se fait via la plage (accessible facilement). Le personnel était sympathique :) tout était très bien

Que experiência maravilhosa no One Beach! Desde a chegada, fui recebido por uma equipe extremamente acolhedora, sempre alegre, simpática e pronta para ajudar. É o tipo de lugar em que você realmente se sente bem-vindo.
O café da manhã é delicioso e cheio de detalhes que tornam tudo ainda mais especial. O quarto é novo, confortável e muito aconchegante, com um banheiro espaçoso e uma vista simplesmente deslumbrante.
Já estou com saudades e espero voltar em breve para viver tudo isso novamente. Parabéns a toda a equipe! 👏🏻🌴✨

Minha única ressalva foi em relação à água do chuveiro, que não estava aquecendo adequadamente. Depois de um dia de praia, um banho bem quentinho faz toda a diferença para relaxar, e isso acabou fazendo falta durante a estadia.

Além disso, o local pode não ser a melhor opção para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, já que o acesso envolve caminhar pela areia e subir escadas. São observações que podem ajudar outros hóspedes no planejamento da viagem. Se esse não for o caso, vá e divirta-se irá adorar.
