lovely family vibe and excellent location
Pros:

staff were very friendly and helpful when required, the hotel was very family friendly and location is excellent

Ideales Hotel für die Kombination aus Strand, Rennstrecke und Sightseeing
Pros:

Das Hotel SoleMare haben wir für einen Kurzurlaub während der World Ducati Week 2026 gebucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zwar in zweiter Reihe, aber dennoch nur 2 Minuten von der Strandpromenade und dem Strand entfernt. Es gibt direkt am Hotel einen Pool, das Hotel bietet die Möglichkeit Sonnenschirm und Liegen bei verschiedenen Anbietern zu buchen.
Nachdem wir nur stundenweise am Strand waren, haben wir den öffentlichen Strandabschnitt genutzt, der ebenfalls in Badeschlappen in 3 Minuten erreichbar ist.
Der öffentliche Strandabschnitt ist sogar bewirtschaftet, es gibt Kaltgetränke und Kaffee zu sehr annehmbaren Preisen, z.B. Aqua Frizzante 0,5 L für 50 Ct.
Das Team vor Ort ist sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hat für fast alle Fragen schnell eine Antwort parat.
Zum Hotel gehört ein Parkplatz, der per Schranke und PIN "gesichert" ist.
Zum Misano Circuit sind es zu Fuß 40 Min, ca. 3,5 Kilometer. Alternativ gibt es einen kleinen Touri-Zug, der allerdings nur mit viel Aufwand zu finden ist.
Während der WDW sind alle Hotspots in Misano fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

keine Kritik, Jammern auf hohem Niveau!:
das Frühstück ist für Italien absolut top und ausreichend. Wer eine große Auswahl und regelmäßige Abwechslung erwartet, der muss in eines der vielen Cafes im Umfeld gehen. Für uns hat es definitiv gepasst.

Pros:

Location, staff, breakfast, clean, helpful, parking. Good sized apartment

Shower bit low on power, noisy and water temperature not that high but adequate.

Ottimo Hotel con atmosfera piacevole e rilassante a due passi dal mare.
Pros:

Hotel molto semplice ma funzionale ed in ottima posizione, camere grandi e pulite, letti non super comodi ma accettabili, personale davvero estremamente gentile e sorridente. Cibo (cena) semplice a buffet ma molto buono e saporito.

Niente.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer top klimatisiert und sauber. Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Wir haben während der Superbike-WM dort übernachtet und waren absolut zufrieden. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und die Lage sind top. Zwar nicht in der ersten Reihe das ist aber aufgrund der belebten Strandpromenade am Abend von Vorteil. Frühstück war ausreichend und wir wurden jeden morgen mit einem Lächeln von den Angestellten empfangen. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht war einfach traumhaft und hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt – alles war wirklich tipptopp. Das gesamte Team war freundlich und wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel mit den Apartments uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

З плюсів хотіла б відмітити:
- чудове розташування, в самому центрі та дуже близько до моря
- швидкий та зручний чек-ін онлайн, що скорочує час перебування на ресепш
- гарне планування апартаментів, 2 окремі спальні, достатньо шаф, кондиціонер та вентилятор в кожній кімнаті
- привітний персонал

Cons:

Одноманітні сніданки. Більше не зауваження, а просто рекомендація змазати дверні ручки в санвузлах, бо дуже скрипіли та замінити кухонний інвентар. Дошка для нарізання вже дуже вимагає заміни.

Tutto perfetto a partire dall'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale. Struttura molto ben posizionata e comoda per parcheggio e spostamenti. Cibo veramente buono, qualità alta delle materie e porzioni generose. Camera spaziosa e fresca tutto il giorno.
