Excelente servicio, todo bien durante nuestra estancia.

Pues es tranquilo, la propiedad está limpia y la recámara también. Está tranquilo solo que parece un poco alejado y no hay mucho iluminación en la noche en la propiedad. Ahora si dejaste olvidado algo en la recámara donde te hospedaste , olvídalo porque no creo que lo reporten las de la limpieza y te lo entreguen. Dejamos olvidado un monitor de aire , solo un par de días y al parecer nadien reportó ni vio nada por consiguiente no pudimos recuperarlo.. que lástima

Está bien si vas a estar fuera de la propiedad, no es un lugar para estar todo el día disfrutando de las instalaciones.

¡El hotel está increíble! Todos son muy amables y serviciales. Las instalaciones están muuuuuy limpias. Es muy tranquilo, seguro. La alberca está padrísima. Ahí mismo te piden el taxi para desplazarte a donde quieras (costo $45 aprox). Muy cerca está la Playa Chahué, es muy hermosa pero no te puedes meter por lo peligrosa. A los alrededores no hay tiendas ni restaurantes, sólo hay un pequeño establecimiento de alimentos y bebidas a la vuelta.

Me gusto lo prehispánico, el juego de pelota, el temazcal (aunque no tuve oportunidad de probarlo), tiene cancha de tenis, lpiscina. Hay que tener cuidado con el barandal ya que está algo flojo, sugeriria ventilación en las habitación, renovar cortinas, desayunos.

An absolutely beautiful property just a quick walk to the stunning beach. Loved our room so much. And the special touch from the staff when we mentioned we were celebrating an engagement they set up the bed dressed with flowers.

Near a beach and a park, the rooms are spacious with large king beds and great brick, tile, and stone finishes. Good pool, and of course cracking good massage services. Very friendly owner and staff made our stay excellent. Will return soon.

Amabilidad , limpieza y linda instalaciones

The property is beautiful and unique, with very friendly staff. Barbara who greeted me and checked me in was very kind and took the time to give me a little introduction of the area. Fidel who seemed to run the place was extremely attentive, kind, and lovely to chat to, a consummate professional. The location is wonderful with many beaches and dining options within walking distance. The rooms are very basic, (no mini fridges or drawers for your clothes for example) but they are clean and uniquely decorated. Washrooms are nice, but note the water does not get hot in the showers. Some of the amenities listed on Expedia did not match what they had. There was no indoor pool or gym as listed and unfortunately the outdoor pool was not in shape to swim in as it was very murky. Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms and barely works in the communal areas so don’t plan to do a work trip there but is otherwise nice to unplug. Breakfast was nice, made fresh to order and is $150 peso with coffee and juice. The staff are all so lovely and the grounds are beautiful. I had requested a room with an ocean view as I thought it was on the beach and was told I would get an ocean view but it’s not actually on the beach and there are no views of the ocean from the hotel, but it’s only about a 1 minute walk to get to the water. Chahué beach has strong waves & gets deep fast but if you’re a decent swimmer it’s fine once you’re past the surf. Santa Cruz where the water is calmer is a 25 min. walk.

La atención, habitaciones amplias y ordenadas

Very nice spot, close to the beach and from music venues.

This is a unique, beautiful and friendly place. Truely one of a kind. A few other hotels near the beach are bigger and seem newer, but were shoulder to shoulder with people and lacked the rich character of Xquenda. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Huatulco.

Me encanto hospedarme aqui, Fidel nos recibio y fue excelente su atención desde que llegamos hasta el ultimo minuto que estuvimos, siendo nuestra primera vez en Huatulco literal nos conto gran parte de la historia super interesante de Huatulco y nos dio muchas recomendaciones.
Sin duda, regresariamos aqui

Agradezco todas las atenciones de la señora Barbara y Fidel. Tuvimos un incidente muy desagradable que no quiero mencionar aquí. Barbara se portó fenomenal para intentar ayudarnos en lo posible a resolverlo y sentirnos agusto. Por otro lado, Fidel, aunque nos ofreció un desayuno gratis, me pidió mi nombre completo y me sentí intimidado por él por ese hecho, como si fuera un policía, y no tenía por qué hacer eso... En pocas palabras, creo que temía que yo fuera a hacerles una demanda, lo cual no tenía sentido ya que yo no me estaba comportando a la defensiva con ellos.

Me gustaría mucho volver a quedarme en este hotel, a pesar de lo que pasó. Nuestra habitación era amplia y muy cómoda, la alberca genial para mí. Los desayunos, no tan buenos, pero al lado hay otro restaurante Istmeño muy bueno. La playa, a pesar de no tener camastros ni sombrillas, tiene al lado un club de playa con una excelente vista y que funciona casi todo el día por 100 pesos por persona.
