Location was great, place was charming and comfortable, breakfast was exceptional (made to order eggs!), staff was helpful

Wonderful, geniune nice place to stay. Location was amazing big room, balcony. Breakfast was huge and massive range. Special milk for my wife. Staff were very helpful and kind. We checked out early and they made us a lunch pack. Family friendly with an older crowd so was quieter at night. No restaurant is not a problem with all the options around.

The town of Castelrotto is idyllic, and the hotel is as well. The breakfast is exceptional! The staff are so helpful and friendly!

The hotel is conveniently located close to all amenities including transportation. The breakfast is awesome as is the staff. They are cheerful and extremely helpful.

The hotel is in the center of Kastelruth, which was ideal for exploring the town on foot. The room itself was spacious and the two balconies had beautiful views of Dolomite peaks in the distance. Breakfast every morning was excellent and the self-service bar after hours was convenient for grabbing a drink later in the evening. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful happy stay in this delightful family owned and operated traditional chalet style hotel; this was a return stay! Location is superb, right in the centre of the old town, surrounded by gorgeous architecture - shops, town square, supermarket, eateries, all so very close by. The bus station is located just behind the hotel, a 2 minute walk away. The room was very comfortable and roomy, with an amazing amount of cupboard, wardrobe, shelving and table space. Highly recommend - the staff and service is amazing! A bonus - a washing machine and dryer available for use for a very small charge.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Kastelruth, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
