Glück gehabt nach Zimmerwechsel!
Pros:

Unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer war leider als Doppelzimmer (und noch dazu für Senioren über 70 und über 80!) ganz und gar nicht geeignet: der Raum viel zu klein und zu eng, das Bett viel zu schmal, an der Wand, sodass eine Person über die andere klettern musste, ganz zu schweigen davon, was war, wenn man in der Nacht mal raus musste🤪 Noch dazu ohne Nachttischchen, und die Beleuchtung nur mit Verrenkung erreichbar.
Gott sei Dank hatte der Hotelier ein Einsehen und gab uns ein schönes passendes anderes Zimmer, das zum Glück noch frei war 🤪

Wir sind eigentlich Stammgäste und kommen gerne wieder, aber nie mehr unter den eingangs beschriebenen Bedingungen.

Pros:

Lage im Zentrum von Freiburg
Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.
Es war wirklich sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es handelt sich um ein in die Jahre gekommenes, sehr hellhöriges Hotel mit kleinen minimalistisch ausgestatteten Zimmern.
Deutlich zu hoher Preis für die Leistung.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war unterkühlt, klebrige Scherben auf dem Boden im Speisesaal.
Keine Nachfrage nach Eierspeisen, wie angepriesen.
Im Eingangsbereich/bei der Rezeption und im Bereich der unteren Toiletten hat es fürchterlich gestunken nach Kanalrohren/Fäkalien.

5 Minuten vom Bahnhof, abgeschirmt vom Hauptverkehr und in der Nähe der Altstadt. Tolle Gastgeber, herzliches Ambiente. Immer wieder gerne.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem gastfreundlichen Haus mit langer Geschichte.
Pros:

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise durften wir eine sehr individuelle und zuvorkommende Betreuung erleben. Das Hotel hat eine ganz persönliche Atmosphäre, die tägliche Flasche Mineralwasser und das Ticket für den ÖPNV waren zwei zusätzliche Angebote, die wir gerne genutzt haben.
