Sehr schönes Stadthotel mit Flair abseits der immer gleichen Hotelketten.
Pros:

Schönes Gründerzeithaus mit Jugendstilelementen und Charme. Sehr gute Lage in Bahnhofsnähe und trotzdem ruhig. Freundliches Personal.

Kurz und schön!
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, ich habe mich als Gast willkommen gefühlt.
Beeinddruckt hat mich der Service während der Frühstückszeit, auf leisen Sohlen waren drei Menschen mit drei Augenpaaren sehr aufmerksam anwesend, ohne als Störfaktor wahrgenommen zu werden. Egal ob es darum ging, Geschirr abzuräumen oder z.B. Käse am Buffet nachzulegen.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Dame vom Zimmerservice, mit der ich ein ausgesprochen nettes Gespräch hatte!

Cons:

Verbessert werden könnte m.E., dass man im Zimmer einen Vermerk mit dem WLAN Passwort hinterlegt. Ich hatte z.B. vergessen danach zu fragen bzw. hab ich den Hinweis an der Rezeption beim Check in gar nicht wahrgenommen.

Für uns ein wunderschönes Erlebnis
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal,Zimmer sehr schönes altes Hotel, liebevoll erhalten und restauriert und die Zimmer auf neustem Stand.
Das Frühstücksbuffet mit allem ausgestattete, ein großes Lob, es wurde sogar an Gäste mit Lactoseintoleranz gedacht (Mandel und lactosefrei Milch und Margarine!! Beim nächsten Freiburg Besuch werden wir wieder dort übernachten

Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und wenige Schritte zur Altstadt, ruhig gelegen. Schönes historisches Gebäude, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet - der Aufenthalt im Frühstücksraum lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter mussten sich erst noch warmlaufen bevor sie es mit Freundlichkeit versuchten - aber es funktionierte. :-)
