Pros:

O hotel é perfeito e muito bem localizado, pertinho do centro de Sansepolcro. O quarto tem um tamanho adequado e o banheiro é muito bom. Estávamos em meio a uma peregrinação e reservamos de última hora, mas a proprietária não mediu esforços para nos receber e nos permitiu entrar no quarto muito antes do horário do check-in (11:00), pois já estava limpo. A equipe era toda muito simpática e prestativa, dando inclusive dicas sobre a cidade.

Cons:

Nada desagradou a ponto de atrapalhar a estadia. Se for para citar algo a ser melhorado, talvez a qualidade dos travesseiros que eram muito baixos. Os preços do jantar são um pouco altos se considerar o contexto de peregrinação (60 euros por dois pratos de massa, um de cordeiro assado, uma sobremesa e água), mas entendo que num outro contexto de turismo seja ok, ainda mais considerando que a comida era maravilhosa.
