Worst experience ever

Worst customer service approach I’ve ever experienced.
AC wasn’t cooling in one of the reserved rooms, the
Hotel stuff and the manager in particular delayed providing a solution and we had to bag every night, just to get bad solutions like a fab or mobile AC unit that meant the balcony door had to be open and made the warm humid air come inside . In the first night we had to sleep family of 6 in one triple room, on 4 mattresses one of them in the floor, in the second night to split and 2 of us sleeping in another hotel till morning.
No compensation was offered by the hotel, and they blamed the weather, the AC technician, us for being spoiled and complaining.

On the 3rd day we were really angry and demanded a solution before late night, so the manager kicked us out 18:00 family of 6 with no hotel in town to go .

Sensation de piège par manque d’informations avant réservation
L’absence de plage libre ouverte au public et l’absence de transports en commun pour se rendre à d’autres plages contrairement à ce qu’a prétendu l’hôtelier

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con personal muy atento y muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

Instalaciones antiguas, precio algo alto para la antigüedad del hotel. En la habitación entraba mucha iluminación de la calle.

Pros:

Location and free parking was the reason we choosed it day before arriving. We had problem but after some discusion it was solved and we got new room. Close to port, beach, restaurants, free parking on street and breakfast was relly nice as it was cheep place in july day before arrive. Nothing modern but for short stay its o.k.
