Nel complesso abbastanza positivo.
Pros:

Struttura ubicata in pieno centro, da cui è possibile raggiungere agevolmente il porto a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggio gratis nelle vicinanze o nelle traverse limitrofe. Attenzione perché nel periodo estivo sono previsti ogni sera i mercatini in prossimità, quindi il parcheggio è limitato dopo le 20.00. Personale/staff accogliente. Buona colazione, anche se non molto variegata. A volte abbiamo trovato le stoviglie non proprio pulitissime.

Cons:

Struttura un po’ datata; per le camere era previsto il cambio biancheria solo ogni 3 giorni; stanza non proprio pulita in profondità, con punti di sporco in diverse aree (soprattuto in bagno, quasi cieco - con piccola finestrella e con odore non sempre gradevole).

Das "junge" Team war sehr freundlich und bemühte sich unseren Wünschen gerecht zu werden. Sie halfen uns weiter und gaben Ratschläge.

Cons:

Leider bekam man das Frühstück erst ab 8.00 Uhr und man konnte sich nicht Besonderes erwarten. Müsli, und Marmeladen sind schon länger im Angebot und schmeckten etwas "alt".
Die Höflichkeit der Seniorchefin lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, se avete delle informazioni da chiedere non esitate a farlo. Posizione ottima per il centro, per la spiaggia solo 5/10 minuti a piedi.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’Hôtel Moderno à Santa Teresa di Gallura. L’hôtel est idéalement situé en ville, proche du centre, des restaurants et des bars, parfait pour profiter de l’ambiance locale. La plage et les balades en bord de mer sont rapidement accessibles, avec une très jolie vue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet établissement !

Great, comfortable and charming place to stay in the centre
Pros:

Loved the decor, it was really clean. In the centre of town next to nice restaurants. The bed was really comfy. Staff really friendly. I would definitely stay again!

As a veggie, it would have been nice to have some cheese for breakfast. The mushroom tart was delicious though!

La struttura è in posizione centrale, quindi molto comoda per uscire in centro a piedi. Le camere sono molto ampie, pulite e accoglienti. La colazione è davvero ottima, con prodotti freschi e preparati a mano: un vero punto di forza!il personale gentile e simpatico.

Cons:

trovandosi in pieno centro, non c’è un parcheggio direttamente sotto l’hotel. Inoltre, durante la notte si sentivano alcuni rumori provenienti dalla raccolta dei rifiuti, pulizia della strada,persone che schiamazzano.ciò ovviamemte non dipende dai gestori dell'hotel..Il bagno, essendo cieco, risultava un po’ meno confortevole.
