Important information:

From the beginning of December to the end of April the use of the sauna and Turkish bath is free every day except Saturday. Sauna and Turkish bath are available from 17:00 until 20:00.

On Saturdays and from the beginning of May until the end of October, use of the sauna and Turkish bath costs EUR 11 per person and should always be booked in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Perfect location for skiing. Beautiful views from balcony. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The room (#18) was just perfect. We loved the electronic blackout shades which helped with deep sleep. They also had a spa with three different types of saunas - very relaxing after a long day of skiing. They are located so one can jump onto the Sellaronda in either direction.

Cons:

Honesty - nothing! We would return in a heartbeat.

Struttura a gestione familiare in buona posizione per sciare. Fondamentale il garage. Bene la colazione (a pagamento) e l’area welness (in linea con la struttura)

Pros:

Rooms were large and comfortable. Outlets were compatible with North American outlet types which is a huge plus and life saver. The property was beautiful and walking distance (~15min) to Val Gardena lifts for hiking and other outdoor activities. The town Selva doesn’t have a laundromat and you will have to go to Ortisei to do laundry (~15min drive).

Cons:

Small charge for using coffee machine which wasn’t made clear if it was or wasn’t considered kitchen or not. Just used to American standard of having free use of coffee machine during room stay.

A true hidden gem in Val Gardena – quiet, cozy, and with views you won’t forget.
Pros:

Super friendly staff and a great location – straight from the ski room onto the piste and back.
Nice sauna, wonderful breakfast, and really comfortable rooms.

It’s a bit uphill and about a 9-minute walk to the center, but honestly, the views from the rooms are worth it. I’d say some of the best in town.
