Schönes, gut gelegenes und perfekt ausgestattetes Landhotel mit angeschlossenem Sterne-Restaurant.
Pros:

Eingebettet zwischen Weinbergen, alten Fachwerkhäusern und dem Flüsschen Enz liegt das Hotel Lamm in Rosswag. Das Hotel ist gleichzeitig ein Sterne-Restaurant, von dessen kulinarischen Fähigkeiten ich mich bei diesem Aufenthalt aber leider nicht verwöhnen lassen konnte. Das muss unbedingt nachgeholt werden! Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, mit schönem Ausblick auf die Weinberge und den alten Dorfkern von Rosswag. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das kleine aber feine Frühstücksbuffet, eingenommen auf einer Terrasse draußen zwischen den Hotel- und Restaurantflügeln hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen, die Küche nebst Rezension behalte ich mir für meinen - definitiv geplanten - nächsten Aufenthalt vor.

Cons:

Es war leider sehr heiß während meines Aufenthalts, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nun wirklich überhaupt nichts. Die Zimmer liessen sich bei offenen Fenstern selbst direkt unterm Dach jedoch auch bei 37 Grad noch angenehm belüften und kühlen, wem es immer noch zu heiß sein sollte, sei ein Bad in der Enz ans Herz gelegt ;-)
