Bis auf den Pool, ein fantatsischer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht und durften jeden Abend ein fantastisches 4/5-Gänge Menu geniessen! Die Gänge waren ausgezeichnet aufeinander abgestimmt. Auch die Spa-Anlage (Saunas, Dampfbad etc.) war für die familäre Grösse des Hotels ausreichend und sehr gepflegt. Insbesondere hat uns auch das tägliche Kuchenbuffet am Nachmittag sehr abgeholt. Es gab viele verschiedene & köstliche Kuchen und Desserts! ☺️

Die Gänge Menüs werden ausserdem in allen möglichen Varianten angeboten. (Fleisch, vegetatisch & vegan)

Cons:

Der Aussenpool war uns für die winterliche Jahreszeit deutlich zu kalt, um darin länger zu verweilen. Hier könnte man das Wasser problemlos +5 Grad heizen.

Cons:

Der Room Service während des Aufenthalts war nicht zufriedenstellend. Unter anderem ging mal der Wechsel der Tücher im Badezimmer vergessen. Aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Lo stile dell’hotel è davvero molto bello. La zona spa molto accogliente e curata

Cons:

La temperatura della piscina secondo i miei standard era un po’ troppo fredda. Non sono purtroppo riuscita ad andare nella parte esterna perché già all’interno avevo freddo.

piscina coperta ed aperta, ampia, ben organizzata

Cons:

mancava la TV in camera, posso capire la scelta, ma a mio avviso sarebbe da segnalare perchè in un 4 stelle mi pare scontata.
manca il frigo bar e/o la possibilità di farsi una bevanda calda
colazione : impossibile in Trentino non fornire delle torte squisite. il resto tutto buono, genuino, ma la parte dolce veramente risicata

Un WE lungo di puro Relax
Pros:

Struttura curata nei dettagli, si nota l'attenzione verso la sostenibilità. Servizio cortese e attento sia in sala che in reception. Centro Benessere ampio, pulito e curato. Colazione varia e abbondante. Cena con menù ricercato, si nota il tocco di uno chef. Lo consiglio senza dubbi.

Pros:

La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. Il bagno grande con sia la doccia che la vasca.

Per il prezzo che ho pagato ho trovato questa struttura molto scarsa. La camera bella ma non ha la tv (di sicuro era specificato e non me n’ero accorta io), peró i servizi in camera quasi inesistenti. Ci sono solo 2 tavolette di sapone, una crema corpo e due dischetti struccanti. Il phon potrebbe essere un po’ piu di qualità e non il solito phon da piscina. Per quanto riguarda la spa, l’area relax è molto bella ma la piscina era fredda e sporca. L’area saune è nudista. Le receptionist e i camerieri parlano pochissimo italiano, è stato difficile interagire anche per le semplici informazioni di check-in. Colazione mediocre. La struttura dai video sembra molto diversa, all’esterno è vecchia e rovinata. Secondo me considerato tutto è piú bella d’estate.

Bei der Ankunft war die Heizung kalt. Kein Fernseher war im Zimmer.Beim Frühstück mussten wir in Tisch suchen . Ruheraum war ein Störungsraum am 1 Tag Sauna und Ruheraum ist viel zu klein.usw.
