It’s a super clean and modern hotel but still maintains the Italian feel. The staff are all amazing too and so happy to help. The food is really great too; much better than most on the strip

I was disappointed with the way the hotel handled several issues.
After making a non-refundable reservation, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask where I could store the bicycles I was planning to rent during my stay. I was told that the hotel had a place for bicycles. In reality, the “bike storage” turned out to be an unlocked common entrance area in a neighbouring building. This was clearly not a secure place to leave expensive rental bicycles. When I raised this concern and asked who would be responsible if something happened to them, I received no proper answer and was basically told to deal with it myself.
I had also asked about parking in advance and was told that parking was available and that I could simply arrive. At check-in, however, it turned out that there was a whole procedure involving providing the car registration number and other details. This should have been explained beforehand.
Finally, when we asked for an iron, we were simply told that none was available and that there was no possibility of borrowing one. What bothered me most was not even the lack of an iron, but the attitude: when we tried to ask for a solution, the staff simply turned away instead of trying to help.
Overall, the main problem was not the facilities themselves, but the difference between what was communicated before booking and what we actually found on arrival, combined with an unhelpful attitude when we tried to resolve these issues.
Location was right on the lake side in the middle of the town, Hotel Restaurant was excellent, Staff fantastic ( special mention to Leonora ), breakfast was good (continental style), Bath room spacey and well equipped with a good shower, spotlessly clean throughout, decor bright and fresh. close to all amenities, balcony even though it was small. beautiful Views. Bed was comfy and large. Fresh towels daily even if you hung them up. WI-FI was ok,
No iron to use (due to too many accidents we were told). Balcony is a tight squeeze but still glad we had one, roof top jacuzzi tends to have bird droppings in and around the top of it in the morning until the cleaner gets there, i suggest a light weight cover for it. Roof top has no shade whatsoever which is probably why it was empty most of the time. You could not get drinks only at the tables in front of the restaurant which was understandable in the evening but not in the afternoon. Hotel Taxi service very expensive ( Taxi's are too expensive generally any way). The negatives are very minor and none took away how great this place is!

Enige wat ik kan bedenken is dat er geen wand is bij de douche waardoor de hele badkamer nat zou kunnen worden.
Friendly and helpful crew, clean and well equipped room with stunning view on Garda lake, tasteful breakfast, first line to the lake coast, luxury roof-top located place for sun-bath.
Parking lot location - it is just 5 minutes by foot, but it is still a challenge when you travel with something more than just a credit card ;)
The power-socket are for 230V but most of them are designed for thin rods/low power devices - ie. the laptop charger requires an adapter or it needs to be plugged to the hair-dryer socket, but these are just minor details that you forget right after you sip a coffee with some "dolce" cace while looking at the lake :)

Super freundliches und immer hilfsbereites Personal. Eine Top Lage direkt am See. Sehr sauber und ordentlich das komplette Hotel. Absolut eine Empfehlung.
