Tolles Hotel für den spontanen Kurzurlaub gewesen
Pros:

Super freundliches und immer hilfsbereites Personal. Eine Top Lage direkt am See. Sehr sauber und ordentlich das komplette Hotel. Absolut eine Empfehlung.

Fantastisch personeel en fantastisch eten.
Pros:

Heerlijk ontbijt en diner gehad hier. Ook erg vriendelijk en lief personeel. We hadden ons zoontje van 11 maanden bij ons en dat was geen probleem. Ze waren ontzettend aardig. Prachtige locatie! We hebben een top verblijf gehad en gaan er zeker nog eens terug.

Fantastic stay great hotel location spot on
Pros:

Stayed 18 th 29 The hotel location the style the room 101 was perfect.
Bleona kept our room spotlessly clean. Really big comfortable bed.
Good big bathroom fantastic rain forest shower head. Good storage.
Hangers and drawers in room again plenty storage, fridge and safe. Room opposite lift very handy.
The food we found to be good breakfast continental and plenty.
The Staff were great Clara was a delight friendly and a lovely smile at breakfast.
At night sat outside the Restaurant and had great meals and plenty to eat big portions, Waiter's were very attentive.
And make a great Hugo.
Good wine. Great list.
Solarium in the morning after breakfast chilling outstanding veiw of the Lake and Garda coming alive. Solarium is a great area but note no shade at time of visit.
Then exploring Ferry to Bardolino one day. Bus to Verona another day. Great location for shops and restaurants Bars, Lake swimming two large beach areas.
The Receptionists Domina and Pina were very friendly and helpful good knowledge, booked our Taxis arrival and departure.
Great stay will stay again

Unfortunately, we received the important information we needed two days after check-in, which was far too late to be useful.

Nobody told us during check-in that it was possible to arrange a card allowing access to the hotel by car. This is particularly important because there is a pedestrian zone around the hotel and there is practically nowhere to stop or park. As a result, we will most likely receive a fine simply because we had no place to stop. We only learned from the receptionist at check-out that such a card could have been arranged.

The check-in policy is another major issue. Check-in is only possible until 6:00 p.m. Although the hotel states that guests can call if they need to arrive later, nobody answered the phone and nobody responded to our messages. All the relevant information was eventually sent to us via WhatsApp, but only two days after check-out, when it was completely useless.

To make matters worse, the receptionist we dealt with at check-out was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. Her attitude effectively ruined what was already a very disappointing stay.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, never again.

Tolles Hotel in top Lage
Pros:

Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, das Hotel befindet in einer tollen Lage (direkt am See) und ist wirklich schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine schöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar nicht riesengroß aber man hat im Grunde alles was man braucht.
Was ich noch extra betonen möchte: Das Personal ist wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an richtig wohl und willkommen gefühlt- Großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter! Wir würden definitiv wieder hier herkommen.

Cons:

Die Dachterasse ist zwar sehr schön aber im Hochsommer fast unbenutzbar, da es keinen Sonnenschutz gibt.

Pros:

Das Personal war super fteundlich, besonders die Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und hat sich um jeden wunsch perfekt gekümmert. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und sauber. Auch der Whirlpool am dach mit dem mega ausblick haben mich beeindruckt. Fazit: einfach ein toller aufenthalt.

Cons:

Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff. We had an issue with a broken toilet seat which meant use was very dangerous. When we politely asked for it to be fixed as a matter of urgency we were told to call the police if we had an issue!! Very poor customers service but eventually the toilet was fixed after 2 or 3 days of reminders. Not good enough

Die Dachterrasse mit Pool, die Lage und die klimatisierten Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Empfang, das Personal war leider zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht sehr freundlich. Es wurde nur in italienisch mit uns gesprochen obwohl wir das offensichtlich nicht konnten. Als dann unsere Partner später zum Check In dazu kamen wurde plötzlich sehr freundlich und sogar deutsch gesprochen & auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr dürftig, da hätten wir uns bei dem Preis einfach mehr erwartet.
