Convenient and comfortable with a great view.
Pros:

We enjoyed being out of the touristy area of Santa Elena. With a car, we were close enough to the town, to shops and restaurants and to the Monteverde Cloud Forest. Our room was very convenient and comfortable since it was really a studio apartment with kitchenette. From the bed and main room, we faced a front picture window that provided a beautiful vista. In fact, at sunset, people pay the front property owners to enter their plot of land, just to look at the view!

Saubere moderne Wohnung in toller Lage mit sehr schönem Blick für Sonnenuntergang.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Beistelltisch für Bett und Terrasse wäre schön gewesen. Ebenso fehlte die Möglichkeit in der großen Wohnung Kleidung aufzuhängen.

Sunset Vista is the perfect place to relax and recharge!
Pros:

The view is amazing and the sunsets are spectacular. We loved sitting on the swings on patio reading or enjoying the sunset. The jetted tub was an added bonus!

Wunderschöne Lage! Echtes Dschungelfeeling in unserer Lodge Nr. 2. Sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Balkon, Whirlpool mit Ausblick😊.
Kaffe wurde täglich aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es funktionierte alles!
Wenn man Wert auf schönes Licht legt, findet man das dort nicht, es war alles sehr grell.
Zufahrtsweg wie oft in CR grenzwertig.
Da Osterferien, Preis sehr bzw. zu hoch (150 $ pro Nacht).

Pros:

1. The VIEW was amazing and sunsets were gorgeous.
2. We LOVED the swings on the balcony. It was so nice to sit out there and work or just relax.
3. The fireplace was a nice touch even though we never used it.

Cons:

1. The bed is very firm and the pillows are flimsy.
2. There is no curtain on the kitchen window and you are blinded when the sun starts going down and in the morning.
3. The road up there is pretty rough.
4. When we checked in the host gave us a price that included a cash discount. When we went back the next day with cash, a different host refused to honor the price originally given.

Beautiful sunsets at a beautiful location
Pros:

The sunsets are simply amazing. And watching the sunset from the Jacuzzi hot tub was also just beautiful. Every night we made the conscious decision to be ready to relax and watch the sunset, which was a great way to end the day. A glass of wine and that beautiful sunset really is Monteverde. And the people from the community show up to watch it there too.

Cons:

They are building another unit next door and the construction guys would take our parking spot, and were working when we were trying to enjoy the unit or take a nap, so that wasnt ideal
