Me gusto mucho el hotel, la habitacion muy amplia y comoda y su decoracion excelente!!! Muy recomendable

The bed was very comfortable, which we definitely appreciated bc we came in sick. In fact, we barely stirred from the room our entire time. The front desk person was gracious in helping book the room for a second night when we determined that we would not be up to moving on the next day as planned. Closing the shutters blocked out the road noise during the day, and at night the traffic was minimal. The bright exterior lights prevented us from opening the shutters at night. The young man at the front desk was able to recommend a nearby restaurant that could cater to weak stomachs. Muy buena ubicación pero mal servicio. No había agua caliente, tampoco había internet. El servicio lento y no contestaban nunca de lobby. La señorita de la recepción a todo nos contestaba “no se soy nueva y estoy sola”. Para lo que pagamos no lo recomiendo

This was a beautiful stay. The room was just perfect, so spacious and inviting. San Miguel de Allende is just breathtaking. We will be back for sure.

Muy cismada y en el centro de la ciudad

El lugar es muy acojedor, cama cómoda y privado sin ruido. Me gustó mucho sin duda regresaría.
La subida estuvo algo cansada pero en general es san Miguel

Beautifully designed property and it was initially on our list for frequenting as we are renovating a home nearby. The rooms are large and very well equipped with a good coffee maker, bathroom amenities, and very nice linens, including robes. Lighting is good and there were two outdoor areas attached to the room in which we stayed. There is no elevator but that is a minor inconvenience. The maid comes daily and resupplied the room, including with fresh water bottles. There is no restaurant on the property but we knew that. What skewed the review was the fact the internet went out for 2 of our 4 day stay. Although we reported to the front desk (which is only staffed part of the day), they repeatedly said it was an area problem and they couldn’t get through to the internet provider. Given we know the neighborhood well as we normally live around the corner, we checked with others on the street (who used the same provider) and the internet was working. I left a message via Facebook which went unanswered. As we needed to work part of the time there, we spent our days finding coffee shops and restaurants at which we could work and drinking too many coffees and limonadas. Too bad as otherwise it’s a very nice location with lovely amenities, but we would not risk going there again.

No me gustó que en Expedia especificaba que tenía como límite para el check-in las 11:30. Tuve que lmanejar a toda prisa para llegar corriendo a la hora. Al llegar el encargado me dijo que no saben por qué aparece esa instrucción en Expedia. Lo peor es que para avisar al hotel, el número telefónico que aparece en su página NO SERVÍÍA!!!!

Es increíble que un hotel así no tenga manera de comunicarse. Estuve llamando TODO el día de mi llegada, sin éxito; pero al arribar me dijeron que su teléfono estaba descompuesto. Increíble que no tengan otro número y que ni siquiera uno se pueda comunicar por whatsapp; El encargado me dijo que el número del whatsapp lo tiene la dueña del hote, quien por cierto ni sus luces.

Sin embargo, la actitud de los empleados Jesús, Michelle y Rosy, de intendencia, fue excelente. Tienen una excelente actitud de servicio.

La habitación muy bien, excepto por el baño en el que la taza fallaba mucho y que la presión del agua era irregular. Las amenidads como los shampoos de baja calidad.

Lo único malo es que no tiene estacionamiento y me cobraron $600 pesos la noche en un estacionamiento ajeno al hotel

Único detalle es encontrar estacionamiento
