Pros:

A estrutura era nova, ar-condicionado silencioso.

Cons:

Os quartos são virados para a garagem e ela fica totalmente iluminada, com isso passa-se muita luz pela janela (falta de blackout). Outra coisa, os travesseiros são bem ruins (muito baixo), por fim, o chuveiro não esquentava. Não há um bom custo benefício.
