Pros:

es war alles hervorragend:
Lage ruhig, direkt am See, mit Liegewiese und Badesteg. Zimmer ( Seehaus 3 und 8 ) sehr geräumig, komfortabel , top ausgestattet und gepflegt. Sogar ein Napf und Decken für den Hund waren vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Auch dort war der Hund willkommen. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Insgesamt ein perfeker Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich werde das Hotel Heinzler nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gross.

Cons:

Da ich an Gehstöcken gehe und eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Seesicht erwartet habe (man verbringt ja dann etwas mehr Zeit im Zimmer), war ich sehr enttäuscht. Mein Zimmer war in einem Nebengebäude mit Aussicht auf den Parkplatz. Das Zimmer zwar gross und gut ausgestattet, aber leider dunkel.

Das Hotel/Restaurant selber war für mich zu weit weg zu Fuss mit den Gehstöcken. Leider hatte es vor dem Hotel nicht genügend Parkplätze. Deshalb mussten wir für das Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen mit dem Auto wegfahren und uns anderweitig umschauen.

Perfect location, accommodation & restaurant. Highly recommended.
Pros:

When visiting Immenstaad this is THE hotel & restaurant in the area. Warm, welcoming, luxurious, friendly are just a few of the superlatives you can use. Highly recommended either for a stay or just for an evening meal.

Cons:

Not having more opportunities to travel and stay there.

sehr stilvoll, gute Lage, es gibt alles was man braucht, hervorragendes Essen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet, 2 Fernseher pro Wohnung, viel Raum für Gepäck

Cons:

Duschschlauch bei Brause reparieren, Matratze gerade stellen, Parkplätze organisieren, z. B. Nummern zu Zimmer Bei den unteren Räumen Am See Schallschutz ungenügend, man hört von einer Etage darüber alles sehr laut
