Kein Hotel. Airbnb Apartments.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Man kann zum Bahnhof und zum See laufen. Sehr ruhig

Cons:

Reinigung nur 1x in der Woche. Kein Ansprechpartner. Es ist eigentlich kein Hotel sondern Airbnb. Damit prahlt auch der Besitzer. Keine Gästekarte erhalten. Es war auch niemand erreichbar. Wir kannten es noch unter dem früheren Besitzer. War damals besser

Bei den Wasserhähnen, Bad Dusche und Küche, müsste mal ein Handwerker kommen auch die Stehlampe ist locker

Prima plek, helaas nare nasmaak van het verblijf
Pros:

De locatie was goed ten opzichte van Radolfzell aangezien we daar familie hadden waar we op bezoek gingen. Het was fijn dat het een keukentje had met de basic benodigdheden. Makkelijk inchecken met een kluis en code.

Cons:

De middag na ons vertrek stuurde de eigenaar een mail waarin hij ons beschuldigde van een fotolijstje dat kapot was gegaan in de hal. Hij had de beelden op camera zei hij en zei dat hij de kosten zou verhalen via Booking.com.
Hier wisten wij niets van en vroeg hem de beelden te mailen. Nadat hij de beelden naar ons had gemaild waren het totaal andere personen die ook in het complex verbleven.
Ik heb netjes geantwoord met een foto van onszelf erbij dat wij dit niet waren. Er is niet eens excuses aangeboden voor het misverstand. Ik vind het niet klantvriendelijk dat er gelijk een beschuldiging wordt gedaan zonder eerst de feiten te checken!

Het was niet super goed schoongemaakt en er was helaas geen plek voor onze fietsen te stallen.

Optimale Wohnung für Familien
Pros:

Das Studio ist für 4 Personen super geeignet. Für Jam war die Lage perfekt. Sehr sauber und für die eine Nacht für uns die optimale Lösung.

Pros:

Gut gelegen. Studio schön gross, Balkon ebenfalls, moderne Einrichtung.

Cons:

Abgenutztes Mobiliar, nicht sauber, behindertengerecht ist was anderes, kein Durchkommen zwischen Duschwand und Waschbecken mit dem Rollstuhl, kein Personal weit und breit.

Mooi appartement in rustige wijk.
Pros:

De ruimte van het appartement en het grote balkon. Ook is het een gezellig appartement met leuk uitzicht. Wij zaten in appartement 9. Bakker op 2 minuten lopen. Gratis parkeren. Wel weinig plaats.

Cons:

Geen lekkere zitplek, alleen 2 stoeltjes. Er zou makkelijk een bank geplaatst kunnen worden. Ook was er geen eettafel. Het barretje is onhandig geplaatst. De lamellen sluiten niet voldoende af zodat er licht ‘‘s ochtends vroeg naar binnen komt. Er hing een gordijn wat niet dicht kon. Wij waren er 7 nachten, er is geen handdoeken wissel en schoonmaak. We kregen wel schone handdoeken toen ik erom vroeg. Er was geen stofzuiger aanwezig. Alleen een bezem en veger en blik. Ook was er qua keukenuitrusting bijna niks aanwezig.

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, bien isolé.

Cons:

Pas très propre poussiéreux, déchets sous le canapé, canapé convenant uniquement à un jeune enfant, pas de volets, places de parking limitées. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.
