A lot to improve.
Pros:

The place is okay. The location is good. You have plenty of space inside the studio. The beds are comfortabel and the bathroom was nice.

Cons:

The kitchen was terrible. One fridge was broken (which we did not know) and had a lot of mold inside. It had not been cleaned for a while. With opening the door an awful smell came in the studio. This was a dissapointment. The kitchen utensils were all dirty aswell. There was no dishwasher (which is not a problem) but there was nothing there to wash the dishes in. That atleast explains why everything was dirty. But it is not made for cooking.
There are also not a lot parking spots. While the host told us there are plenty.

Ein schöner Kurztrip mit toller Lage und schönem Apartment.
Pros:

Das Hause Amelie chez Inez liegt nah am Bodensee und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Die Abwicklung lief problemlos. Das Apartment hat uns gut gefallen! Das Bett im Wohnzimmer hat uns etwas irritiert, aber nicht gestört! Schönes Badezimmer, kleine Küche und die Sauna im Keller ist ein Pluspunkt. Diese war sehr sauber und richtig nett! Die Betten waren sehr bequem!
Alles im allem 7/10 Punkten.

Cons:

Das Geschirr war unglaublich dreckig! Wir mussten vor Benutzung alles spülen. Da hatte niemand mehr drüber geschaut und die Vorbewohner hatten sich definitiv keinerlei Mühe gegebene, es sauber zu hinterlassen. Das sah man auch teilweise an den Wänden. Manche Menschen wissen einfach nicht, wie man mit Eigentum anderer umzugehen hat! Nach dem Rolladen im Wohnzimmer sollte geschaut werden, er klemmte im unteren Bereich.

Pros:

Fast alles.
Whg groß mit viel Platz.
Bus Station vor der Tür
Bäckerei nicht weit und super Angebot von Brot und Kuchen.
Frisches Obst und Gemüse von der Höri beim Bäcker vorbei am Ende der Straße.

Cons:

Backofen kaputt. Immer wieder die Sicherung rausgeflogen
In kleinen Zimmer sollte die Matratze ausgetauscht werden, sehr weich.
Eine Toilette außerhalb vom Bad wäre toll gewesen, aber ging auch so

Toll,trotz Wespennest!
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll,es war sauber und wir waren das 2.mal da.
Die KI namens Falk,mit welcher bei Problemen kommuniziert wird,ist unterirdisch.
Vor Ort war Nico,der Verständnis für unser Wespenproblem zeigte,jedoch nichts daran ändern konnte. Ein Anruf des Geschäftsführers steht noch aus.

Cons:

Auf dem Balkon der Wohnung Nr.9 befindet sich ein Wespennest,welche bei geöffneten Türen in den Wohnraum eindringen. Wir hatten morgens Wespen im Wohn- und Schlafbereich,welche nachts,trotz heruntergelassener Rollläden,reingekommen sind. Absolut gefährlich für Allergiker,wir wurden im Vorfeld nicht darüber informiert.

Den fußläufig erreichbaren Bodensee und Bahnhof. Studio und Loft waren in der oberen Etage gegenüber, das hat die Betten-/Zimmeraufteilung und Möglichkeiten, Entscheidungen schnell untereinander abzusprechen erleichtert.s d

Top Lage, top Wohingen. Gerne wieder. 👍🏻
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich top, auch die Ausstattung der Wohnungen. Unsere Wohnung war auch sauber. Dazu noch der Wellness-Bereich. 👍🏻

Cons:

Leider ist kein Personal vor Ort (telefonisch gut erreichbar), so dass man, wenn etwas fehlt, selbst tätig werden muss und sich die Sachen holen muss. Zudem leidet die Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus am fehlenden Personal.
