Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Doppelzimmer ist in Größe und Ausstattung genau richtig für ein Verbleib von mehreren Tagen in Santiago. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt ist kein Problem, entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus, dessen Haltestelle sich nur ein paar Meter entfernt befindet.

Ich verstehe nicht, warum das Hotel nur einen Stern hat. Damit ist das Hotel völlig unterbewertet!

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte.

La gentillesse de la dame à la réception.

Cons:

L'hotel est assez loin pour se rendre à pieds à la cathédrale. Il y avait encore des cheveux dans la baignoire. J'entendais beaucoup le bruit de la cuisine du restaurant en dessous. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de rideaux aux fenetres car c'est entouré que des chambres d'en face qui sont vraiment très proches, seule vue de la fenetre, obligé de garder toujours les volets fermés si on veut éviter d'etre vu. Une lampe de chevet à coté de la seule table de chevet ne serait pas de trop. Dans la salle de bain, absence complet de petite tablette pour poser les affaires de toilettes. Le restaurant moyen , prix trop élévés pour des plats de petites quantités avec surtout que de menu en langue espagnole. Je trouve que le prix de l'hotel est trop élévé pour le peu de qualité qu'il offre. Dommage!!!

Tolles kleines Familienhotel. Das Personal ist super freundlich und man merkt, dass sie ihren Job lieben. Das Restaurant ist spitze und das Frühstück perfekt. Im Lokal kommen und gehen die Einheimischen und es herrscht eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Alles ist sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Einziger ganz kleiner Minuspunkt war der fehlende Haarfön. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Hotel com restaurante aberto até bastante tarde, com pessoas na rua a beber e conversar alto.
Pros:

Quarto razoável, relativamente perto do centro de Santiago. Conforto mínimo para uma estadia curta. Tem a vantagem de ser pet-friendly, o que não acontece com muitos dos alojamentos alternativos.

Cons:

O quarto era um pouco pequeno para 3 pessoas, e o custo elevado para o que oferecia. O pior foi que o restaurante/bar do hotel esteve aberto até muito tarde, então tivemos pessoas a beber e conversar alto até por volta das 00h30, e com o quarto mesmo por cima, tornou-se impossível dormir antes disso. Como tínhamos chegado do Caminho de Santiago, vínhamos cansados e só queríamos descansar, a última coisa que precisávamos é de um hotel que permite que os seus clientes de restaurante estejam até tarde a fazer barulho na rua incomodando os seus próprios hóspedes...

Personál na recepcii bol veľmi mili a ochotní so všetkým poradil. Izby boli čisté voňavé a postele pohodlné. K hotelu patrí reštaurácia takze nám to dobre padlo sa tam najesť aj raňajkovať. Zastávka autobusu hneď pri hoteli.

Both reception staff were absolutely lovely. The room was spotless and bed was comfy. Only about €7 in taxi to city centre. Hotel will do laundry for you for €11 which was good to have everything washed after camino. Was also allowed to leave my bags there for the day after checkout which was nice

Cons:

Walls were very very thin. Could hear the man in next room snore. Also, cleaning started very early the next morning and after weeks on the Camino and looking forward to a lie in, it was impossible due to how thin walls were. A bedside lamp would’ve been good in the room, as it is only big light or darkness. There is also no fan or AC and got quite hot during the day
