A aparência do banheiro não era boa, muito mofo nas paredes e o cheiro de cigarro era muito intenso devido a localização do quarto, que dá acesso ao pátio onde as pessoas e colaboradores fumam. Deveriam ter um local de fumantes longe das janelas.

Era o que precisava.
Pros:

Localização e preço. Serviram muito bem ao meu propósito.

Cons:

Especificamente o quarto em que me hospedei não havia porta no banheiro nem cortina na área de banho, o que gera corrente de ar (no frio é complicado) e molha o restante do banheiro. Uma porta biombo e uma cortina de plástico resolveriam facilmente a questão.

Pela proposta do hotel de oferecer estadia a baixo custo, compensa. A estrutura dos quartos é antiga e não muito aconchegante, mas pelo equilíbrio de baixo custo, na balança atende de forma satisfatória. Os donos/funcionários são solícitos.
