The reception is open Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. for departures and from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. for arrivals. On Sunday, it's open from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for departures and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. for arrivals

If you expect to arrive outside of check-in hours, please contact the hotel in advance in order to obtain the necessary entrance codes.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Thursday included, Friday only for lunchtime and open only upon reservation from Friday evening to Sunday evening. Reservation is highly recommended.

Restaurant hours from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

If you book an available extra bed with a Breakfast rate, you will be asked to pay an extra breakfast for 12€.

Het was 1 van de weinige hotels die nog beschikbaar was tijdens de kerstmarkt van straatsburg

Cons:

We hebben de receptioniste gevraagd een taxi te bellen naar Straatsburg. Binnen 15 minuten was de taxi er en zijn we ingestapt. Na 5 minuten rijden kwamen we op bestemming, wat niet mogelijk was want het is minimaal 25 minuten rijden. Dit hebben we aan de taxichauffeur gevraagd en toen bleek dat de receptioniste het te duur vond en zelf heeft besloten dat we beter naar een andere kerstmarkt konden gaan ergens in het dorpje dichtbij. Wij rijden 6 uur lang speciaal die kant op voor de kerstmarkt in Straatsburg. Dat was het eerste uur...
