Pasamos increíble. Al hotel le falta mantenimiento
Pros:

Los espacios exteriores, canchas, lago, parque, entorno, piscinas, salas de juegos, desayuno y las actividades del hotel (catamaran, cabalgatas, visita represa). La habitación cómoda, muy bueno el restaurante de la piscina. El personal super amable y dedicado. El parque acuático. Muy disfrutable para ir en familia y con niños

Cons:

Q pesar que pasamos increíble y disfrutamos mucho, me gustaría q tengan en cuenta los comentarios para mejorar. Le falta mantenimiento. Las instalaciones tienen potencial pero están venidas a menos, necesita una renovación y mantenimiento en gral. El estado no se corresponde con la tarifa del hotel. En el desayuno no se repone la comida faltando media hora para el horario de cierre. Los baños de las habitaciones sin mantenimiento (rosetas viejas, cortinas de ducha en vez de mampara, ph y shampoo de mala calidad).

Pros:

Una estadía de fin de semana en familia, la tranquilidad del entorno, las instalaciones del Hotel, y la atención por parte de todo el personal desde el momento que llegamos hasta nuestra partida fue en todo momento excelente. Mención especial para el chico que hace las cabalgatas guiadas, no sólo sabe sino que además cuida y enseña, gran valor. Esperamos volver pronto.

Um lugar perfeito para descansar em meio a natureza.
Pros:

Cabanas bem esquipadas, local lindo, falta manutenção, tanto nas cabanas, quanto no hotel e piscinas, o forno de microondas não funcionava bem mas foi prontamente substituído assim que solicitei. A temperatura da água estava excelente, todo o entorno é muito bonito, um lugar muito aprazível. Recomendo.

Cons:

O mau atendimento por parte de alguns funcionários da recepção é lamentável, porém o pessoal que atende nas piscinas e a equipe de manutenção são muito simpáticos e prestativos, o que acaba compensando o mau atendimento logo na chegada. Fui informada que as cabanas não teriam troca de toalhas por todo o período de minha estadia (8 dias), mas isso foi resolvido posteriormente.

El paisaje, las actividades que ofrecen. El parque de aguas, desayuno y restaurante!.
Este fin de semana pudimos disfrutar de la espuma y de la fogata de San Juan.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha no tiene buena temperatura. Para esta época, muy fría.
Si bien se pasa mucho tiempo en las piscinas, un lavado de cabello requiere buena ducha. El hidromasaje del cuarto ni soñar por el mismo motivo.
