Pros:

Habitación, desayuno, meseros, chef y limpieza todo perfecto. Muy buen trato.

Cons:

El hidromasaje de la pileta cubierta funcionaba mal y el del exterior no estaba habilitado.
Lo peor es las cocheras. Te cobran por día la estadía y nadie controla cómo se estaciona. No l que entra lo deja donde quiere y tapan dos cocheras o cortan la circulación.

In der ersten Nacht konnte ich kaum schlafen, da mein Zimmer zwar eine Super-Ausdicht hatte, aber sowohl an der Straße als am Treppenhaus/Fahrstuhl lag, wo lange bis nach Mitternacht andere Gäste laut waren. Dann habe ich aber ein anderes Zimmer bekommen und das war dann viel besser. Der Pool ist nachmittags auch angenehm leer, wird erst abends zu voll. Das Fitnessstudio hatte ich auch für mich allein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für mich ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Buffet hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können, das Rührei war zu flüssig. Das Hotel sollte zudem Speedbumps installieren, damit diese Idioten nicht nachts mit ihren Sportwagen und Motorrädern zu schnell und laut dadurch vorbeifahren...

Todas las instalaciones muy lindas, muy limpias

El día que llegamos había un problema con la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación por lo que el personal que nos atendió ese día (30 de enero por la noche) muy amablemente nos dio solución temporal y nos pidió que al día siguiente avisáramos al recepcionista de turno para la solución definitiva, sin embargo esa persona quien nos atendió el día 31 por la mañana, se portó muy grosero y nos trató y habló de manera no grata. Al final no pedimos que nos arreglaran el problema de la puerta por no querer tratar con ese recepcionista.

La atención del personal de aseo fue lejos la mejor.
Aunque el personal en general era amable.
La piscina buena y la atención y preocupación del encargado de la piscina excelente!!

Cons:

El desayuno dejaba mucho que desear, poca variedad, casi todo restringido, cero variedad de pan, el yogurt era pura agua, tal cual y muchas veces el agua que debería ser caliente estaba fría.. no había cucharas de té, tenían revolvedores plásticos(jamás en un hotel había visto eso)
La TV no se veía cien por ciento nítida, se iba muchas veces la señal y nos pasaron un control remoto sin tapa, las pilas estaban afirmadas con cinta y se salían constantemente.
