Déçue dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Emplacement idéal et piscine superbe, propreté et changements de serviettes 2 fois par jour . Mais pas digne 4 étoiles

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner très moyen , basique , la nourriture entreposée dans une salle très chaude . Le 1er jour nous avons déjeuner à l'hôtel sur la terrasse et nous avons été très déçus de nos deux plats notamment celui tomate mozzarella sans assaisonnement, sans basilic mais à 22 euros . Tout y est très cher : 2 glaces 20 euros . Personnel peu avenant

Perfect location, private beach and friendly staff
Pros:

Very central in Santa Margherita
See front with own beach

Clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

Parking is over the street in a narrow street. They help you but not convenient if you have heavy and lots of luggage.
No smoking on open spaces even. You can smoke on your balcony ,however.
Room doors are old and you hear everything during the night.

Pros:

Personale molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile. La posizione è Ottima e la zona mare/piscina interna alla struttura regala un relax eccezionale.

Cons:

Hotel datato che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Ma in ogni caso abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno.

Pros:

Отдых в Hotel Helios оставил самые приятные впечатления. Прекрасное расположение прямо на берегу моря — просыпаться под шум волн и любоваться морем с самого утра было настоящим удовольствием.

Номера чистые и уютные, персонал очень внимательный, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, а атмосфера в отеле спокойная и располагает к полноценному отдыху.

Отдельно хочется отметить Лигурийское побережье — невероятно красивое место с чистым морем, живописными пейзажами и особенной итальянской атмосферой. Это место, куда действительно хочется вернуться.

Спасибо всей команде Hotel Helios за гостеприимство и прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и обязательно приедем снова.

A lovely stay
Pros:

swimming pools were amazing, location was very good and staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

A nem tengerre néző szobák zajosak, a szálloda közvetlen közelében van az út, ahol nagy a forgalom. A zajra érzékenyek tengerre néző szobát válasszanak, megéri a nem magas felárat.

I loved this hotel and would definitely return.
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. The position, the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness and every member of the staff who were just wonderful. I would have no hesitation in returning.
