Bien mais je ne reviendrais pas, si j'ai le choix
Pros:

Comme indiqué : personnel impeccable "à l'italienne", très courtois, souriant. Une petite remarque à l'agent d'accueil le 28 octobre à 10h : le trajet à pied de l'hôtel à Portofino 4 km, prend 2h et non pas 45 minutes comme il l'a affirmé en rigolant !

Cons:

La chambre était en fait une recomposition de deux espaces..... c'était évident. Nous avions une chambre composée d'une part d'un lit simple et une SDB dont un mur servait de séparateur avec une autre pièce, et de l'autre côté de la SDB un lit double avec très peu d'espace autour. Ensuite, nous étions 3 et il n'y avait que 2 chaises. La porte de la SDB ne fonctionnait pas, très difficile à fermer et le lavabo ne fermait pas, visiblement cette chamgre n'était pas utilisée fréquemment. Je pense que le fait de réserver via Booking.com a contraint l'hôtel Dependance à aménager en urgence une chambre pour 3 pour respecter le quota que vous réservez à Booking.com, mais que l'hôtel Dependance était en réalité complet. Je remercie Booking.com qui m'a permis un prix abordable, sinon nous serions allés ailleurs.

Cons:

Un poco lejos del centro y mucho ruido por la mañana cuando recogían la ropa de las habitaciones para llevarla a lavar.
La habitación no estaba en el edificio principal, nos dieron la habitación más retirada,😅
