La localisation avec vue sur le fleuve et le fait que les chambres donnent directement sur l'extérieur. Le petit déjeuner était très varié, avec des nouveautés à chaque jour. Il y a même deux parrillas que nous pouvons utiliser, un vrai plus, il faut juste amener son charbon et bois. De plus, l'espace sauna est vraiment agréable après une journée dans le froid. Tout le personnel est très sympathique et aidant!

Cons:

Le jacuzzi et la piscine n'étaient pas très chauds et les équipements se font un peu vieux (l'espace piscine et l'endroit à côté de la réception où on a l'impression que le sol va casser sous nos pieds).

Excelente estancia.
Pros:

La piscina estaba muy bien climatizada ,el deck con hermosas vistas.Los espacios para compartir ,living,recibidor muy agradables y confortables con juegos de mesa a disposición.

Cons:

Hubiésemos necesitado algún servicio de merienda o brunch en el lugar.

Estaba limpio, hermosa vista y el agua de la piscina era muy buena. El desayuno también bueno, el personal muy cordial

Cons:

No me gustó que no tenía cromcast para poder ver tv, que la heladera no funcionaba, qué era muy empinada la salida a la calle para el bus, el Gimnasio solo funcionaba una cinta y venía gente que no era del hotel. Faltaría mejor servicio de bar teniendo en cuenta que esta muy alejado de restaurantes.

Es un excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar de las instalaciones. El servicio de desayuno buenísimo, el personal muy atento. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción durante 2 días, al llamar a recepción lo solucionaban.

Hay muchas escaleras para acceder a los distintos espacios del hotel (habitaciones, pileta, desayuno), no es accesible para personas con problemas de movilidad.

Hermosa estadía en familia
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, el desayuno rico y variado y el sector pileta/gimnasio buenísimo. Destaco mucho la atención, desde la recepción hasta las chicas del desayuno, todos muy atentos y cordiales. La ubicación es muy buena aunque no esté en el centro, porque en auto son 10/15 min, y caminando a unas cuadras tenés supermercado o lugares para comprar comida. Y está muy cerca de la entrada al teleférico del cerro otto, llegamos caminando también.

Cons:

Faltaría más variedad de bebidas para poder comprar en el hotel, quizás porque fuimos en temporada baja y había poca gente pero varias veces pensé "si vendieran comidas y bebidas frías, no me muevo del hotel" pero es un detalle.
