Las almohadas demasiado finas, los almohadones son un chiste.
La calefacción hacia ruido constante tuvimos que apagarla y hacía frío.

las paredes son muy finas y se escucha la habitación de al lado. no hay rampitas, pienso que la gente con movilidad reducida no podría desplazarse con facilidad. el desayuno no ofrece opción sin gluten y sin lactosa.

Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables, y el tamaño de la habitación es amplia. El Hotel es muy lindo, en una zona muy linda, además que la piscina climatizada es única.

Cons:

El desayuno podría haber sido mucho mejor. Es básico, aunque el problema no es ese, sino que falta reposición y lugar en el comedor cuando hay mucha gente. El Wifi de igual manera, funcionaba muy mal para un hotel de esta categoría.

Excelente la piscina climatizada, los espacios exteriores, y la excelente atención del personal

Las instalaciones y el espacio exterior son excelentes, algunos detalles menores en la habitación y para se boutique, faltan algunos detalles en el servicio, sobre todo en insumos en la habitación. El desayuno bien, no es súper completo, pero bastante bien.

Cons:

Que en un hotel boutique, dejen sobres de shampoo y enjuague de mala calidad y en sachets, lo mismo con los jabones, son detalles que deberían cuidar si se ofrecen como Hotel Boutique.
