Great stay
Pros:

We liked everything - great location, lots of nice spaces inside to relax, good spa facilities, lovely spacious room, and friendly staff. Lots of breakfast and dinner options!

A refaire!
Pros:

Tout était parfait. La chambre, la déco, la propreté et surtout le lit, j'ai dormi comme un bébé. Le petit déjeuner très complet, il y en avait pour tous les gouts. Il y avait une piscine aussi (dont je n'ai pas fait usage) qui avait vraiment l'air très sympa. Le personnel a été très courtois.

Cons:

Unique bémol, mais vraiment rien de dramatique, il y a deux tables pour deux personnes à côté du buffet chaud du petit déjeuner (machine à café/oeufs brouillés etc).
Le passage est trop étroit quand les gens font la queue.
Nous avions la table à côté du gros grille-pain qui chauffait assez fort et c'est vraiment désagréable d'avoir quasiment les fesses des autres clients dans notre assiette.

Camera spaziosa, ottimo cibo e un bel centro benessere, anche se l acqua della piscina per i miei gusti era un po’ freschina. Gentilezza dello staff ed ottima posizione, praticamente in centro.

Pros:

Ottima posizione per prendere lo skibus. In pieno centro quindi è possibile anche farsi una passeggiata nel paese senza difficoltà. Parcheggio disponibile di fronte all'albergo.
L'albergo è molto confortevole, buon cibo e anche la zona wellness è molto carina.

Pros:

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. From the very beginning we felt extremely comfortable and well looked after.
The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff is genuinely friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere is truly luxurious, warm, and relaxing. Every detail reflects care and high standards.
This morning’s breakfast was excellent and deserves a special mention: very rich, varied, and well organized. There was a wide selection of fresh products, both sweet and savory, high quality ingredients, and everything was beautifully presented. It was a perfect way to start the day.
Dinner was overall good; personally, I did not particularly enjoy the monkfish I was served, but this is clearly a matter of personal taste and does not detract in any way from the overall experience.
Hotel Letizia fully deserves a solid 10 out of 10 for the quality of the stay, service, and atmosphere. I am absolutely sure I will return in the future and gladly recommend it.
