Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre de San Martín de los Andes, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare routière. L’établissement est entouré de nombreux commerces et restaurants, ce qui est très pratique pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est complet et varié.

Cons:

L’insonorisation laisse à désirer : on entendait facilement le bruit des autres chambres ainsi que celui de l’ascenseur.

The staff were relaxed and friendly and accommodated a last minute change to ours reservation. The hotel is in a great location and the room was small but comfy.

Buenísima ubicación,buenas camas y muy limpia la habitación.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy básico,y por las noches se sentía mucho ruido,estábamos en el cuarto piso,y al correr viento la techumbre sonaba toda la noche. Respecto al personal,las recepcionistas eran casi todas amables, pero el personal que estaba en el desayuno,no miraba ni para saludar.

Ubicación excelente, a 2 cuadras del centro.
El desayuno es bueno, tiene varias opciones de infusiones y acompañamientos.

La ducha tiene buena presión y el agua sale bien caliente.

Algo que nos llamó la atención es que la habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventilador, pero la realidad es que no los necesitamos durante la noche. Durante le día no estuvimos, así que no sabría comentar sobre esa experiencia.

Lo único que cambiaría: El shampoo y la crema de enjuague que dan es un "2 en 1", hubiera sido ideal que sea por separado.
Pero la realidad es que todos los días nos reponían ese producto, jabón, papel higiénico y las toallas.

En la habitación hay pava eléctrica, tazas e infusiones para consumir a demanda.

La atención de las chicas de la recepción es muy buena.
Volvería a reservar.

Muy buena ubicación. La habitación es cómoda y tiene un buen desayuno.

Cons:

Muy ruidoso el hotel. Por la mañana, desde muy temprano, se escuchan muchísimos ruidos de los pasillos y las otras habitaciones. Para ir de vacaciones, cuando se quiere descansar un poco más, se vuelve muy molesto este tema.
