La ubicación. Cala muy agradable. Buen ambiente.
No me ha parecido un hotel de 4*, creo que la calidad de los servicios, atención y comida corresponden a un hotel 3*.
La colazione e la cena (o a scelta pranzo) molto varia, ben assortite e di buona qualità. La posizione è eccellente in una Baja pittoresca ed un mare spettacolare. Lettini ed ombrelloni numerosi sulla piattaforma adiacente al mare, dove è situato il bar i cui prezzi sono molto contenuti, ma è un free unlimited bar a seconda del trattamento pagato
La pulizia non è il massimo, la nostra doccia non conteneva l acqua che fuoriusciva sul pavimento, le sedie di tutta la struttura sono di tessuto e imbottite, senza possibilità di poterle pulire bene !!! (personalmente ho pulito e messo nella camera le sedie del terrazzino che erano in plastica) , gli arredi camera sono nuovi, ma non la muratura, i pavimenti dei lunghi corridoi e delle aree comuni scivolosi con una patina di unto.
Il personale receptionist è gentile, ma noi abbiamo avuto un problema.
Innanzitutto credo che assegnino le peggiori camere a coloro che comprano con booking.com : la camera di mia figlia era buia e umida posizionata al livello piscina, abbiamo sbagliato a non chiedere di cambiarla.
L'ultima notte di pernottamento avevamo chiesto di poterla trascorrere in un aparthotel del gruppo Globales situato a sud molto più vicino alla aeroporto e di gran lunga meno costoso: la risposta è stata NO, ogni struttura, pur facendo parte del gruppo Globales, ha una propria gestione amministrativa, mah !
Abbiamo lasciato l'hotel nel pomeriggio, siamo andati nell aparthotel di Palmanova, dove ci hanno fatto pagare nuovamente la tassa di soggiorno, già pagata x quella notte al Don Pedro....
Good location and that's all that was good about this place
The hotel itself is literally falling apart. There was water leaking from the ceiling in my room, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the shower was broken, and the TV didn’t work either. Housekeeping was extremely poor. Even though cleaning service was included in the price, the towels and bed linen weren’t replaced.
There weren’t even any slippers in the room. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The food was terrible. It felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant.
Lovely hotel, food was fantastic and so many choices, great location, pool was nice, staff were very kind and helpful.
It’s quite expensive so I’m not too sure I’d be able to come back, but only due to price.
There were also ants that kept appearing in my room, I’m sure that’s not down to cleanliness as everything seemed clean and well kept, but it wasn’t nice finding ants in my suitcase and on the walls.
La ubicación muy bien, el horario de comida y cena muy orientado al turista extranjero, creo que deberían de ampliar cara el turista nacional, que tendemos como norma a comer o cenar más tarde de las 13:00 y de las 20:00 respectivamente.

Para hacer chech in estuvimos esperando 30 minutos, por que solo avia un persona atendiendo y 3 detras.
Comida fria, en la cena olia a pescado todo comedor, humo.por todo, salimos de la cena y nos fuimos a duchar y cambiar para poder salir por ahi.
En general hotel muy mal, sucio, habitacion lleno de humedades, hasta colchos estaba con humedades, olia muy mal, en los botones de aire estaban borrados, para no poder manejar temperatura y hacia mucho calor.
Teniamos salida a las 11 y cuanto fuimos a desayunar a volver entraron de limpieza ya.... por lo cual una salida no pueden entrar hasta qie hacemos check out...
Hotel muy caro para lo que es. Y encima sabado y domingo hace day pass, entraron unas 50 personas de fuera a una picina de 2 metros... era insportable, nos fuimos por que avia peleas hasta por hamacas. Esta muy mal hecgo esto, deben mirar por clientes del hotel... vamos mucho a pasar fin de semana a los hoteles de mallorca y este sin dida era el peor y encima caro, si cobrarian menos puede ser que toda via lo veia bien, pero nunca volveria ni diria a amigos que vallan ahi.
Posria añador mil cosas pero no vale la pena.
LAS VISTAS SON INCREÍBLES, es un paraíso. SI TIENES COCHE LA UBICACIÓN ES PERFECTA PORQUE NO HAY gente.
La comida es DE MUY BUENA CALIDAD y aprovecho para saludar a mi amigo Cordobés Argentino el mejor.
Los aires acondicionados de noche no tiraban aire, deberían poner un ventilador pequeño al menos para que corra aire. Con la humedad es imposible.
