We love this hotel and look forward to returning to our favorite city.
Pros:

We love this botique hotel. The room was spacious, had a private patio and the best breakfast is included. Great location.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a busy street with many restraunts and bars. Beware, loud music at local pubs might disrupt your sleep (I used noise cancellation headphones).

Beautiful hotel/coffeebar/restaurant. Food and coffee wonderful! Breakfast included with hotel stay. Bed very comfy. Large room. Very helpful, kind staff.

Cons:

Our room (#1) was next to a loud club that played booming music past 2:00 am. Needed ear plugs, which helped. No hairdryers in room, but one provided when asked for. There’s no heat in the room, concrete floors can get cold.

La Casa parfaite pour les amateurs de café
Pros:

C’est le logement parfait pour les amateurs de café. Calme, propre, charmant et situé sur la célèbre Real de Guadalupe, nous avons passé un séjour parfait et une parenthèse dans le monde du café de spécialité à Casa Cafeólogo. Excellent café et petits déjeuners, personnel aux petits soins, pour un rapport qualité prix excellent. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter.

Bonito lugar y buen servicio.
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado en pleno centro!! El café del hotel es buenísimo y el trato del personal genial y las habitaciones muy correctas. Volveré seguro.

Cons:

El único punto para tener en cuenta es el ruido nocturno, al estar en el centro por la noche se escucha los sonidos, por lo que recomendó llevar tapones para dormir. Pero sigue mereciendo la pena la verdad.

Pros:

La experiencia en Cafeología / Casa Cafeólogo fue insuperable: habitaciones limpias, ordenadas y con una distribución y mobiliario genial, el servicio muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo posible, y el desayuno excelente (la carta de platos es muy extensa y todos tienen algo que ofrecer). Recomiendo este alojamiento para visitar San Cristóbal de Las Casas, especial mención a Arturo que nos ayudó en todas nuestras consultas 🤗

המיקום של המלון במרכז העיר ובית הקפה שיש בקומת קרקע מעלה את ערך המקום עם קפה מעולה וארוחות בוקר שוות.

Es un alojamiento precioso. Te sientes hogar. Habitación con encanto y dedicación. Camas muy cómodas. Todo detalle perfecto. En pleno centro. El desayuno está riquísimo. Cafetería de especialidad. El personal muy atento, bellísimas personas! Nos trataron como en casa. El mejor hotel de nuestra estancia en México. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Excelente ubicación pero pudo mejorar el servicio a cliente.
Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular, es un punto de partida muy bueno para hacer todo lo que quieras en San Cristóbal. Los desayunos son buenos y rápidos.

Cons:

El agua del baño se estancaba y por ratos la habitación se siente muy asfixiante por la ubicación de la ventana. El sonido de los bares alrededor no se escucha tanto pero puede ser un problema para algunos. El servicio al cliente como huésped quizá pudo mejorar, fue muy confuso hacer el check in y aunque el check in dice a las 3 pm, se agradece cuando puedes ingresar a la habitación antes si la habitación se encuentra disponible. Me deja la impresión que em servicio como cafetería es excelente pero el servicio como huésped podría mejorar bastante.
