Pros:

It was convenient having easy access to water and kitchen facilities. Location was near enough to city center.

Very good for the price!
Pros:

The owner has been so nice, he gave us a bigger room for the same price! We truly appreciated it! The room was also very clean and cozy.

The water wasn’t hot and in the room was also very cold.

Cons:

No AC, it was super cold
No cups (I wanted to make myself tea, that I bought outside) so I had to go to a bar and buy a cup.
No hot water for the tea. I had to get special approval from the manager to get the cabel for the hot water. He then unplugged it after I filed my cup.
