Baño muy pequeño para dos personas

É possível ouvir outros hóspedes especialmente quando chegam tarde e o banheiro acaba se molhando inteiro durante o banho.

It was very damp. Towels didn't dry and all our clothes were a damp after a couple of days. It was very dark in the room, but the lights outside the windows stayed on so at night it was light in the room.

Do not book here, the owner harrasses you at night! It's basically a hostel predending to be a hotel!!!

There were several problems:
1. Our room faced a common area, there was a window above the door with no curtains. The owner insisted we keep the lights on in the common area, meaning the lights blasted into our room all night.
2. All rooms face that area, we could hear everyone comming and going, it was extremely loud all night.
3. We are travelling with a cat, which we communicated. After the booking and paying the owner texted that it was an additional charge of 150 pesos/night. Even though this was not communicated to us before the booking was made we intended to pay it, it is a marginal cost compared to the entire accomodation. The next day we went on a jungle tour in Mexico, so no service. When we got back at night I had several messeges, about the extra cost, also a note on the door. But this was not enough, she started harrassing on the phone. She called us at 11 pm at night, twice. Demanding we pay and leave the lights on. We replied in a calm manner yet she threatened to change to combination to get inside and lock us out, even though we already paid for the full time there. We decided not to take the harrassment and risk being locked out, or the harrasment becoming worse, so we were forced to look for a new place at midnight. We reported the place and asked for the money back.

No cuenta con un estacionamiento

El cuarto que me tocó estaba súper pequeño, el colchón no es tan cómodo pero puedes dormir bien, ojo lleven chanclas por que el piso de la habitación es igual que la del baño y resbala no es antiderrapante tampoco hay tapete, compren jabón de barra ya que el jabón que dan es líquido, tienes que usar demasiado para que te puedas enjabonar. En las fotos se ve un baño amplio con cristal y no, es muy pequeño y lo divide una cortina de tela el cuál se pega a la piel y es incómodo. Nos tocó segundo planta con unas mini escaleras empinadas. Había cuarto en planta baja hubiera preferido esa pero ya nimodillos, consideren por que a pesar de no ser muchos escalones cansan.

La regadera estaba tapada, casi no salía agua, pero se pudo solucionar

Wir waren froh, dass wir dieses Zimmer hatten, alle anderen Zimmer haben nicht so einen tollen Ausblick.
Bei den Doppelbetten war es eigentlich nur möglich, dass darin eine Person schläft. Die eine Seite war immer extrem durchgelegen. Die Matratzen sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden.
