Well located, very comfortable hotel with superb cuisine

Classis, comfortable upmarket and well located hotel with great cuisine, quiet and large comfortable rooms and staff where nothing is an issue. We traveled with a dog...they organized everything...with a smile. A pleasure....will return as soon as I can

Отель превзошёл все мои ожидания! Удобное расположение, есть парковка. Великолепный спа-бар с водой, напитками и лёгкими закусками – всё красиво и уютно. На ужине было очень вкусно, звучала живая музыка на рояле, зал с камином создавал особую атмосферу. В номере — большая, красивая комната в деревенском стиле, бутылка воды, халаты, полотенца для спа и даже зонтик на случай дождя. Всё продумано до мелочей. Отель просто великолепен, я искренне рекомендую его всем!



Das Hotel hat all meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Sehr gute Lage mit Parkplatz. Ein wunderbarer Spa-Bereich mit Wasser, Getränken und kleinen Snacks – alles sehr schön gestaltet. Beim Abendessen war das Essen köstlich, dazu spielte live Klavier, und der Kaminraum war einfach traumhaft. Das Zimmer war groß, im Landhausstil eingerichtet, mit einer Flasche Wasser, Bademänteln, Handtüchern für den Spa und sogar einem Regenschirm für den Notfall. Alles war bis ins Detail durchdacht. Ein wirklich großartiges Hotel, das ich allen wärmstens empfehlen kann!

Pros:

La camera era molto spaziosa. La piscina coperta molto bella e alla giusta temperatura.
Ottimi i servizi di pulizia.

Cons:

A mezza stagione i piumini sul letto sono un po' eccessivi, meglio avere a disposizione coperte più leggere.
Nella spa alcune docce fuori servizio. Fuori servizio anche la doccia della piscina.
Al ristorante i piatti locali trovano poco spazio.

Modern, comfortable room, decent value and secure garage parking for motorbikes.
Pros:

Very nice modern and spacious room, with a large balcony. The room was very quiet with a comfortable bed and blackout window shutters, all resulting in a good nights’ sleep.

The rate included breakfast and dinner and felt like decent value.

Secure underground parking for motorbikes.

Cons:

The bathroom had a drain type smell emanating from the shower tray.

Dinner was pleasant but very rushed. At least 5 minutes between courses would be better.

Sehr schönes 4*Superior Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend und sehe nett. Die Lage ist großartig (ruhig und doch zentral)

Am besten war der riesige Spa-Bereich mit sehr großem Outdoor-Indoor Pool sowie einer eignen Poolgrotte und großem Whirlpool mit Massagefunktion.

Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service erstklassig. Wir möchten definitiv nochmal in dieses wunderschcöne Hotel in dieser Region kommen.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL. BREAKFAST BUFFET HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED AND DINNER WAS EXCEPTIONAL, WITH THE PRESENTATION OF THE FOOD. VERY WELL THOUGHT OUT BY THE CHEFS.

Posizione, gentilezza del personale (Mariangela, le Miss Argentina, Serena e Luigi su tutti), Spa, piscina

Cons:

Cucina: non all'altezza, tutti i piatti galleggiavano in preparazioni che quasi sempre sconfinavano in una dolcezza esagerata. Per favore, semplicità e tradizione, le stelle cerchiamole altrove. 5 euro per una bottiglia di acqua imbottigliata é assurdo.
Pulizia: tende macchiate, cattivi odori dal bagno e ragnatele sui soffitti, fori sulle pareti del bagno
Servizio: mancava telecomando, accappatoi e per un guasto al lavandino abbiamo dovuto aspettare tre ore.
SPA: bella, ma trovo assurdo che essendo etichettata zona Naked, possa essere osservata attraverso due vetrate dalla Hall! Era un continuo affacciarsi di persone.

Relax con vista spettacolare sul Gran Sasso
Pros:

Struttura bellissima in ottima posizione, vicinissima alla seggiovia. Zona benessere eccezionale e area esterna della piscina perfetta per rilassarsi al sole, con una vista spettacolare sul Grande Sasso. Camere spaziose e molto pulite. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

La cucina è molto ricercata; dal mio punto di vista avrei apprezzato anche la possibilità di scegliere piatti locali più semplici.
