Pros:

Gutes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage zum Busbahnhof. Ist aber kein Hotel, sondern ein Appartmenthaus, ohne jeglichen Service. Ausstattung des Zimmers dafür mager (kein Wasserkocher, kein Wasser, kein Kaffee)

fue una buena experiencia, si vuelvo a Sto. Domingo me hospedaría nuevamente aquí, recomendado.
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, solventó todos mis requerimientos, la habitación estuvo bien, limpio todo (camas, sábanas, baños), el precio fue muy bueno, muy cerca al terminal, el hospedaje es céntrico y las instalaciones bien mantenidas.

Cons:

las almohadas estaban duras, pero fue mi error no pedir el cambio de almohadas, como ya estuvo tan noche y estaba cansada se me pasó por alto, es lo único que puedo acotar en contra, lo demás estuvo excelente

Nice stay near the bus depot
Pros:

The hotel is very clean with an elevator that takes you right to your room. I was on the fifth floor so the room had a nice view.

Grumpy attendant.
Pros:

Location and rooms are fairly modern for the price.

Cons:

I stay here frequently and the staff always hassles me about parking. They reserve spots for others and tell me I need to park across the street but I don't feel safe in this neighborhood at night, not even to cross the street. This place would be perfect if they had proper customer service training for the employees.
