Tutto bene e Aosta è sempre molto bella

Cons:

La collocazione rispetto al centro e la pulizia

Cons:

Tralasciando l estetica perchè mi rendo conto di aver prenotato un due stelle quindi era sufficiente la pulizia ma non ho apprezzato l accoglienza. Avevamo chiesto dopo il check out se fosse possibile utilizzare un bagno e ci è stato detto di no perchè il ristorante era chiuso. L accoglienza è anche supportare un viaggiatore che può avere delle difficoltà.

Cons:

Tuve un problema con el hotel la belle epoque, Aosta. Al momento en el que el hotel quiso usar la tarjeta que ingresé para cobrar la habitación,la misma no fue aprobada. No pude actualizarla con el banco en cuestión y por ende solicité que reservaran igual la habitación pero como se demoraron 4horas en contestarme el mensaje decidí no ir a Aosta por no recibir ningún mensaje. En el momento que anulé la reserva me contestaron rápidamente y me dijeron que la tarjeta fue aprobada actuando de manera engañosa.Solicito que vean el caso y me reintegren el importe. Muchas gracias
