Pros:

The location of the hotel is amazing. You can have the clear view of Kinner Kailash Peaks from the Balcony. The staff is amazing too. Ganga Negi sir the property owner... aah what a gem of a person he is !! I spent very good and valuable time with him at Kalpa. The respect and love he gave to me and his guests is unmatched. Tbh I really liked the staff and property. I encourage everyone if you're visiting Kalpa your stay should always be Hotel Kalpa Deshang without any second doubt.

Pros:

Everything was amazing about this property - location, staffs, food, facilities. Absolutely 10/10.

Cons:

Wifi wasnt working and Airtel connection wasn't great. Just managed to comeptled my work somehow with help of my own Hotspot.

The cleanliness, cozy... location is great...just 2 min walking distance from narayan nagini temple and monestry..view was nice.food very tasty and amount is more than sufficient.

Atrocious and unethical price & Terms and conditions by booking.com
Pros:

Good spacious room with ample scenic view. Food quality was good

Cons:

Charges levied by booking.com was atrocious which did not include breakfast and dinner .In fact ,had I booked directly with hotel, charges were just half the amount quoted by Booking.com as told by hotel management.
Disappointed to observe that booking.com follows such unethical bussiness strategies to augment revenue
For overnight stay charges of around 7k is atrocious as against the logical amount of 3.
5 k .Hope and seek review by booking.com to refund excess. Further, booking.com says after booking is done that the booking is not eligible for cancellation, but the same condition was not indicated at the time of booking.It js a trap and misleading. Highly disappointed .
Room alloted was at thirdfloor which require climbing. Staircase is dangerously designed that the left side does not have any hand railing.Children ladies and senior citizens will definitely face the risk of falling.
Sincerely expect to get reasonable refund on charges which was atrociously charged..

Great, will love to get back!
Pros:

Amazing location, great staff and value for money! Property is super clean/comfy overlooking the mountain ranges, food is very good with a reasonable range and the staff is helpful and courteous. Has a mixed dorm for the solo traveller and is highly recommended.
