One-line review for Palguni Residency: it has to be “Excellent,” no doubt about it.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by what was offered compared to what I expected when I booked. Considering it was closer to the bus stand, my expectations were quite low. Everything from the check-in experience to the quality of the rooms (which were noticeably clean) impressed me. Compared to other properties, the price was slightly higher, but features like the rooms, bathroom, parking, and responsiveness to minor issues when we called reception made them stand out. They have an in-house restaurant, but we didn’t opt for breakfast since we were there for a function, so we just had milk.

Cons:

If I really have to complain, it would be the beds—they are very soft and squishy, which is typical of hotel beds.

A wonderful, clean place to stay in! Great value for money!
Pros:

A very clean, well-maintained hotel. Definitely good value for money!! Great staff too - very friendly and warm!

Cons:

The sheets have some old stains on them and it feels uncomfortable to use stained sheets. Room service can be very slow and may take some reminders.

Very clean, amenities were modern and room/bathroom decor was tasteful. Restaurant was also good, though strangely the North Indian cuisine was better than the South Indian. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Room service was slow: they took more than 2 hours to provide an extra bed even though it was specified in the booking. Possibly this was due to the hotel having full occupancy.

Overall gód stay. Hotel is clean, with clean absent parking facility. Recommend for stay.
