Extremely Disappointing Stay - Poor Service and Misleading Room Details

Cons:

The experience was terrible from start to finish. The AC wasn’t working, the staff was unhelpful, and the room quality was far below expectations. The suite was advertised as accommodating up to 3 guests, and I specifically booked for 3 adults, but the space was clearly not suitable for that.

I had also requested an extra bed at the time of booking, but it was never provided — not even as a paid option. The lack of support and poor service made the stay extremely frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth it.

One-line review for Palguni Residency: it has to be “Excellent,” no doubt about it.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by what was offered compared to what I expected when I booked. Considering it was closer to the bus stand, my expectations were quite low. Everything from the check-in experience to the quality of the rooms (which were noticeably clean) impressed me. Compared to other properties, the price was slightly higher, but features like the rooms, bathroom, parking, and responsiveness to minor issues when we called reception made them stand out. They have an in-house restaurant, but we didn’t opt for breakfast since we were there for a function, so we just had milk.

Cons:

If I really have to complain, it would be the beds—they are very soft and squishy, which is typical of hotel beds.
