If you want a quiet place to stay, this is not it.
Pros:

Near the metro, good A/C in the room.

Cons:

The noise. The A/C in the room is very loud (60db), and the bathroom fan is even worse at 70db. There is also a reception room on the third floor, and very loud music was playing until past 1am (I could even hear it with earplugs).
If you're a foreigner, you can't log in to the internet, and someone from the staff has to give you a one day access, which you need to repeat every day. There's nothing near the hotel, but fortunately, the metro is close by.
