Property was not maintained , swimming pool was too dirty

Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing I liked about my stay.

Housekeeping was extremely disappointing. The room was cleaned only after repeated follow-up calls, and even then, the cleaning was far from hygienic. The staff also seemed unresponsive and unprofessional. It was nearly impossible to order food because they rarely answered the phone, and when they finally did, they spoke rudely and often refused to take the order.

The most shocking part was seeing the same person who was cleaning the toilets also serving food to guests. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards.

Overall, the hotel lacked basic cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Never ever try this property.
Pros:

I didn't checked in only because when I went I saw horrible pathetic pool property is under renovation.
Very dirty looks wise.
But they said they will not refund my amount which is a inhumanity.
They are saying booking.com taken the money but I know I didn't pay anything to booking.com .
From hotel they ask and send me scanner then I paid 1000 rupees.

The resort is in good location. Staffs are very friendly and well behaved.

Cons:

Room need frequent anti cockroach spraying. We had very bad experience during our recent stay. Foods are tasty but have scope to improvement.
