1) Excess price of Rs.2327 for 12 hrs for the type of service offered.
2) No hot water for taking bath in the morning.
3) AC not working.

Stay with a struggle.
Pros:

The tap in the washroom was damaged. The hotel staff failed to repair it on time. Hot water geyser was not working in the washroom. Emersion rod was used later to get hot water. Hotel staff had no apologies for this conduct.

Cons:

Atleast 20-30% cash back should be given.
